Great website and exchange policy. I will mention that the shipping took almost a full two weeks for both the original order and then again for the exchange item to arrive. So I waited 4 weeks for shoes- and I even did the $1 hold to ship before receiving the original item back. . . . it would have been much longer if I hadn't. It would be great if a shorter shipping option was available for free shipping- although I know that it so hard these days.
