When I leave a review for the $20 coupon I never receive it. I always have to contact customer service . This should not happen. Within a few days I should be getting an email with the coupon code , not me emailing birdies three weeks later asking where the code is

The fit is still of concern to me. I don’t have the exchange new shoes yet, and I fear they may be too small… and I miss a decent shoe box!!
