Great turn around

Shopping was easy. Shipping was quick!

My girlfriend recommended this brand and swore by her Birdies, so I was really excited to try them. It was a large investment for me so after I received them I wanted to try them on in my house and be sure I wanted to keep them. Ultimately I decided to keep them because they fit well and felt super cushiony at first impression. Today I took them out for the first time to do errands around the mall. I developed a fat blister on the back on my right heel within an hour, and blisters under both big toes. So sad and disappointed because they're so cute but I don't know how I'm going to be able to wear them around -- my feet hurt so bad after today.

These shoes are pure quality . Well made , comfortable and very pretty . I ordered my usual size but had to size down as they were too big . Anxiously awaiting my order . Highly recommend!

When I receive my refund I will be happy. Too questions in survey couldn’t be answered accurately. Too wide made them uncomfortable and buying up or down doesn’t change width. .
