Had to exchange for a half size down. That cost me about $10 along with a $17 for fedex pickup. The smaller size fits beautifully.

I love the shoe. Love the company. My hair stylist turned me onto Birdies when she had the cutest shoes and I knew she had to stand in the ALL day.

I have already let the company know how disappointed I was with the customer service model. I would love to have tried the shoes, but it was impossible to even contact them to indicate the package was stuck - based on bot based customer service the only options were to cancel the order. Not a great model for customer support.
