This is the best curling iron I have ever used. It is worth the money. I have very straight, slippery hair and the curls stay in for days when I use this curling iron. I would highly recommend!

I would give Bio Ionic 5 stars because of their excellent products and prices. But the reason I took away a star…. . I did NOT receive a text or email confirming that my order went through and confirmation of what I paid. I almost ordered another one, thinking my order did not go through, but the 40% off sale had ended. I did not receive an email until the order had shipped which was a week or 2 after I first ordered it.

Won’t send me the correct item, after sending me the wrong item. I paid a sale price and the representative will not respond.

I bought a long barrel curling iron that was affected by the current recall. I followed all listed directions, cut my cord sent in the plug and was promised a replacement within 4 weeks. It took the company 3 weeks to even acknowledge the recipient of my plug and then promised a tracking number for replacement within a week. Two more weeks go by and still no tracking of shipment notice. After three phone calls, being disconnected, and given a non working phone line I was told there was yet another delay in shipping and that it would be another two weeks. Customer service has been sub par and there’s no urgency on their part to solve the issue. I paid for a long barrel curling iron I have not been able to use or even have in my possession and sadly still waiting for a replacement. I would never recommend this brand to anyone as they have been very unprofessional during this process.

Horrible customer service. Product arrived defective. I was not allowed to return and instructed to file a warranty claim which can take 6 weeks to process. They are overcomplicating the process.

The quality of the product is great and I love the way it curls my hair!

I have long, course, wavy hair and i was able to cut the time it takes to straighten my hair in half using this straightener. Made my hair look/feel very shiny in comparison to my old hair straightener (different brand). I usually use my straightener to curl my hair as well & it worked great for that too. No complaints here. Very happy with the product & my hair as a result of it.

I was happy to receive a replacement dryer when my dryer went bad within a year of purchase, but found the process to be a bit tricky. I had to pay $50 to ship it back, and it took quite a while to locate the directions for return. If the process was made a bit easier, and there was a way to avoid the huge shipping fees that would be great. Also, the dryer I received was not the same as the once I sent back. The new model was quite louder and the button configuration is not ideal. I am grateful for the dryer replacement, but wish it was as nice of a dryer as I had purchased in the beginning.
