Thank you for the replacement - I’ve missed my iron!!!

It was fast, easy and free

My favorite curling iron. I have two of this size and the 1. 25. Luckily when mine fell completely apart I had backup options but it took about 6 weeks to get a replacement. Frustrating. They did make it right by sending another one. I pray these three make it without breaking.

Great Customer support. I love the product but because you guys have been so helpful, I will continue to use you in the future.

I am very pleased with products I have purchased.

My problem with the company is I can't get through to see why I haven't received my refund. We ordered the wrong size. After Christmas we ordered the correct size and I received an paper for the return. You received the wrong one back. But two weeks later I haven't received it. My order #BIO301826. I am not happy I asked for a refund because my daughter wanted a different product. I sent it on December 21 and I still have not gotten an email or refund confirmation. She wants to just pick another product from bionic can we please help with that?

Christmas Scrooge - DONT BUY - Bought a gift in advance of Xmas. She wanted the 1" and NOT the 1. 5" inch - No exchange or refund permitted. Really!!! 41 days - no the usual 30. Clearly they don't support customers or want repeat business

Brushes are nice, dryer itself is a nightmare!

I had submitted my claim and it took about three weeks to get approved, and then another week to get my shipping label, after that I had to send my plug back to them. After it got to them it took another 7 weeks to get my replacement!!!!
