Love this curling iron!

M not very impressed. I wil need to try it out more to reach final opinion.

i have ordered a flat iron Dec. 2024. Since then i have had to have a claim in May 2025 and again in Nov. 2025 with each time i had to pay 30. 00 to send back for them to say yes its broken and send a new one. Not here we are again and i have filed a claim and they keep saying they can not find it and i am out of my flat iron that are over $200. 00 and just get the run around. i would not be looking to buy any more of these products again.

Curling Iron stopped working after 3 months. I filed like they told me to and waited almost 2 weeks. Nothing so I contacted them again. Found out they won't do anything unless I send the old one back at my expense. Not cool!

Worst customer service! I will never purchase from them again! I purchased a 1. 25in curing iron, which I was not happy with. They promoted their 30 day return for any reason, so I called to ask about just exchanging for the 1. 5in barrel and was told they wouldn’t accept any returns because I didn’t have the original packaging. The customer service rep proceeded to tell me me my best bet would be to return it for store credit and then purchase the larger one, then replied “oh sorry you can’t do that either because you don’t have the original packaging. ” I will be purchasing elsewhere going forward. I’d rather spend more for quality service.

Customer service is not helpful. Would not let me return a curling iron I wasn’t happy with just because I had thrown away the box. Didn’t know I needed the box to return so I guess it’s my fault.

Great so far. Very smooth. Perfect size

Both of the blow dryers worth $300+ that I own of theirs stopped working in less than 4 months each. I am a hair stylist and my business relies on working products. I get things break, but $55+ each time on shipping, out of my own pocket, and they are in NO rush to get the issue resolved.

Shipping was fast

My dryer quit working less than six months after buying it. It cost me almost half as much as the dryer to ship it back for a replacement they wouldn’t give me a return label or reimburse the shipping cost.

Very disappointed with my experience with this company. I originally submitted a warranty claim for my Smart X hair dryer and never received any response or follow-up. Since then, the dryer has continued to have issues and is now experiencing a delayed start despite being well taken care of. I clean it regularly, do not drop it, and handle it carefully, so these problems should not be happening. I submitted another claim today and am hoping for a response this time, but overall the lack of customer service and support has been extremely frustrating. For the price and reputation of this product, I expected much better quality and communication.

I registered my dryer when purchased in a year and a half the heating element broke. My new dryer. Came within seven days and much needed at my 42-year-old business.

Best product ever!!

I’ve had 2 curling irons that died just after the year mark so they won’t replace them under the warranty. They work just long enough so you have to buy another. I need a good curling iron for my job and I will be looking elsewhere
