This works so well on my hair and the curls hold so well!! I have super long hair so it’s hard to find curlers that will have the curls hold hold and protect it without burning and damaging it.

I bought the bio bionic after I saw so many reviews raving about it. I have now tried it at least 10 times and my curls never last more than 30-60 minutes. I’ve been curling my hair for years and have always been someone who’s hair holds curl well and who can sleep on their curls for 1 to 2 days and I’ll still have a pretty decent curl in my hair even after brushing. But with the bio ionic, my curls aren’t even lasting an hour. I’ve tried different products and different techniques and nothing seems to work. Also, this is the only hair tool that I’ve ever tried that seems to make my hair smell burnt, even though I use other hot tools on a higher heat setting and have never experienced that. I was going to return it before the 30 days but was told they don’t accept returns once used. Truly a terrible curling iron and I wish I never bought it.

I gasped when I saw this product drop and bought it immediately. Heats up extremely quickly, super lightweight, and each attachment delivers. I love my BioIonic curling irons and I’m so glad that an interchangeable, travel-friendly option is finally available. PLEASE make more attachments!! (. 75” wand and 1” wand specifically, please). 🩷

This is the first blow dryer that I actually warranted. The warranty process took a while to actually get the right help in order to send the blow dryer back once I was able to contact someone who could send me to the returns department that was easy. But this should take a few weeks to actually get in touch with the correct department in order to be able to send this back. I did reach out because I’m not happy with the products and I have not heard back from the company, so yeah, I would say less than one star would be the rating.
