I am very satisfied with the quality of the brush; my hair looks great afterwards. My issue is with the handle which is too small around. It puts more stress on my wrist and its not as easy to manipulate. If they would make a thicker handle it would be perfect.

If I could leave a ZERO I would. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!! Its all AI and NO ONE to help!!!! I bought a blow dryer x10 it broke was told because I no longer has the receipt they couldn't help. Whatever I got over it. I eventually got another 1 it broke within 2 days has been NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE. I have spent $1000 on there products and they DO NOT care about there customers point blank!!!!!!!

My package is missing! Says it was delivered but not to me.

I have purchased many cheaper curling irons over the years and you spend all that time on your hair only to have the curls go flat within a few hours. Using this curling iron has made a world a difference. My curls will last 3 to 4 days until I wash my hair again. I absolutely love it and the teal color is so cool.

Customer service was difficult to deal with. It took months of back-and-forth just to receive a replacement, and I only got a resolution after threatening to escalate the issue to consumer protection. While a replacement was eventually sent, it has the same problem—the clamp does not hold my hair and is not functional. Overall, the issue remains unresolved and the experience was frustrating. At this point, I would prefer a refund or a different model that actually works.
