Best curler ever

Send me a 1 in long barrel that works!!

Bio Ionic makes high quality products and has outstanding customer service! I love my blow dryer and flat iron!

Fast shipping!

Under two years of sporadic use at home and already doesn’t work and no possible repair.

I bought the curling iron and it has been the best thing I’ve ever done! Easy to use, cord is long enough for you to move around without worrying about it. The settings are pretty easy to use and the results are great.

I don’t understand why as a big company as this is they require the customer to cover the shipping for a defective product they created. But if they can’t resolve your issue the product STAYS with them. How does that make sense? Your return policy needs to me updated

Item I ordered never arrived

This item that I ordered about 6 weeks ago has never arrived. I have emailed twice about it. Please issue me a refund.

Product is nice, but my hair doesn't hold the curl.

Great customer service in addition to a great product

I really like this product. It does well on my fine gray-blonde hair. It is simple to operate and the buttons do not get in the way.

Recall experience was completely easy and you know they are a reputable company due to how they handled the issue

very good

Best Straighter Ever!!! I would buy this 100 times over. Leaves my hair so smooth and silky. Heats up so fast. The performance justifies the cost

I paid out of pocket to ship my personal property to your facility in good faith for a functional evaluation of a failing heating element. Your company does not own this item. Your decision to retain and destroy/dispose of my dryer without providing a replacement or compensation constitutes a clear act of civil conversion (theft of property). A company cannot legally demand a consumer send an item for inspection, deny the claim, and then refuse to return the consumer's physical property. That is a predatory business practice designed to force consumers into buying new items.

Best curling iron! ❤️

Shipping was fast, took about a week. The box was intact.

PERFECT!

This curling iron is easy to use and works great. Happy with my purchase.
