Everything was very efficient and easy! Very happy with the customer care given.

This is my first bio ionic purchase. It was recommended by my hair stylist. It is light weight and has multiple different heat settings. It smooths my hair with a few passes. So far I am very pleased with it.

Best light weight blow dryer!

Shipping was extremely fast and the product was just as described! I’m happy with the versatility of my Bio Ionic products!

Bioionic is great in quickly honoring their warranty.

Love this iron. Heats fast and long barrel is helpful in creating beach waves. I got the 1.25 inch and I want to get different sizes too.

excellent customer service, especially the AI support

The BioIonic Long Barrel Curling Iron works great at home, but I specifically purchased it for a trip to Asia because it is advertised as dual voltage. Unfortunately, it burned out within minutes of turning it on in Vietnam, leaving me without the tool I had bought for the trip. I then had to pay $20 to UPS to ship it back so BioIonic could verify that it was faulty. They did replace it, which I appreciate, but I am still out the original purchase price plus an additional $20 in return shipping for a defective product. For the price, I expected reliable performance and a warranty process that would not leave me paying extra. Great results at home, but a disappointing travel experience and an added expense that should not have been mine to cover.
