I returned my iron due to a recall!! My iron was sent away months ago to be replaced. Yes, tracking shows it was deliveredto them. Customer service is non existent, They have received my iron and I never got a replacement like they stated! Customer service will not answer any messages or make this right. DO NOT BUY!! It's very unprofessional to not stand behind your products!! I will never ever purchase from them again!

Love the curling iron and the quality. Not in love with customer service and how my email was disregarded even though they said it would be sent to someone to address. I have waited almost 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything. It was very frustrating spending the same amount as my 2 friends on a curling iron and they both got free shipping and I had to pay $10. And mine got to me 2 days after theirs did even though I paid for the shipping. Customer service and shipping management would get 1 star if it weren’t for the quality of the product.

I was so happy to learn that I could order silicone replacement strips for my flat iron! It’s as good as new now! The process was seamless! Thank you so much!
