I have purchased many cheaper curling irons over the years and you spend all that time on your hair only to have the curls go flat within a few hours. Using this curling iron has made a world a difference. My curls will last 3 to 4 days until I wash my hair again. I absolutely love it and the teal color is so cool.

Love how big the curls are and how long they last!

Customer service was difficult to deal with. It took months of back-and-forth just to receive a replacement, and I only got a resolution after threatening to escalate the issue to consumer protection. While a replacement was eventually sent, it has the same problem—the clamp does not hold my hair and is not functional. Overall, the issue remains unresolved and the experience was frustrating. At this point, I would prefer a refund or a different model that actually works.
