Love it

Idk which part it is about this curling iron, but my hair stays curled longer when using it than anything else :hands_heart|type_3: I'm obsessed! I had an issue originally where my curling iron just stopped powering on but the warranty team quickly handled it and sent me a replacement. 10/10

Great service quick shipping

Great product line and efficient delivery.

I love this blow dryer. My absolute favorite

Shipping was so fast and the curling iron is amazing! Ordering another size!

Incredibly disappointed that my long barrel curling iron clamp does not clamp properly. My hair slides right out of it. I have two other bio ionic curling irons, and they do not do this, so I know this one is to be defective. You have to jump through hoops to get a replacement they treat you as if you are the problem. I am incredibly disappointed.

My curling iron was part of the recall and broke exactly how the recalled irons do, the barrel snapped off WHILE it was in my hair. I have the original receipt from when I bought it, it was a birthday gift to myself. Anyway, I threw the curling iron away because I didnt realize that it was part of a recall. The company customer service has been horrendous to work with. Many emails have gone unanswered and when I call customer service they say they will not honor the recall. Its really sad that a company will not replace their product after it caused a safety concern, burned by neck when it broke, and I have the original receipt.

A bio ionic long barrel curling iron is terrible
