Bad Customer Service. Iron was part of recall, did not hear anything back once I shipped the iron back for 6 weeks (email said I would have a new one within 4). Had to follow up 3 times in order to get my replacement item shipped and no ETA given.

Absolutely love this curling iron

I received the curling iron instead of the flat iron. I have tried to reach out to the company to get it shipped to me at the same price I paid originally (125. 48 with coupons and Black Friday) now it is 262, but have not received a message back.

I have had 2 long barrel irons completely snap and hang by their wires while curling. One iron was 3 years old and the other nearly 2 years old. Customer service has been poor. A recall has been issued for some irons though does not cover irons with the same exact issue that have a different product number. I would NOT recommend these irons. Other brands have much better customer service and care for their clients satisfaction.

Terrible! I received the wrong item you got paid my money and haven’t sent me the correct item. And you say you can’t find my order and I have sent you multiple emails with proof of every step! Someone need to get this straightened out!
