Excellent service

Amazing warranty on your dryers and amazing customer service. I have had to use the warranty and I shipped the old one back and immediately I received an email that it was received and a new one was being shipped out. I’ve never had a hairdryer with such an amazing warranty.

I would like to purvhase a smaller one but i lost the 30% off

This product no longer is a quality product. Not made as well as in the past. Very frustrating!

Curl doesn't hold

The variety of temperatures is a plus. The long barrel even with short hair is a bonus.

Service was excellent

My power button on my iron stopped working. Bio Ionic replaced it and shipped immediately. I did have to pay to ship it back but better than purchasing new.

I filed a claim, and the warranty covered it 100%. They were very efficient and quick.

Amazing

Took awhile to get my replacement, was excited to use new tool, but the grip is mot as great as mt previous one. Please advise

The recall took longer than expected to replace and customer service was 3/5 but I am still very happy with the product!

Great curl in the beginning however curls fall out with in an hour. For the money spending I would prefer it last at least one day

I love this curling iron, and I have for years. However, the recall took months to get processed. I exclusively used this iron so when I had to send it back before receiving a new one, I was without for a very long time and ended up having to buy a chintzy Conair one in the mean time. Even then, once the chord was received, there was no new shipment for weeks after I had to check in multiple times with customer service. Again, I love the iron a LOT but this process was ridiculous.
