I bought this after a lot of friends that are stylists reco'd it. A few months ago, I got an email that there was a certain batch that was being recalled & mine was one of them. I followed the directions to file a claim, sent the recalled one back w/ the prepaid label that was provided & I rec'd my replacement within about a week. Great customer service!

I love the long length of the barrel because I can fit my long hair sections so easily. It also glides off so smooth. What would give this 5 stars for me is if my hair didn’t keep getting caught at the part near the handle where the barrel ends and the handle begins. It always gets twirled up in there by accident and ends up ripping a few hairs out.

My hair curler was recalled, and the replacement process did not prioritize the customer experience. Proof that my unit was part of the affected batch was not sufficient—I was required to ship it back at my own expense and then wait six weeks for a replacement. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to order from Bio Ionic again.

I discovered this item a long time ago, and loved the way it worked on my hair. I bought my first one five years ago and it still works flawlessly! Especially compared to other brands. I ended up so happy that I bought another one in a different size.

Good hair dryer but heavy

I bought this for the diffusing option and it works very poorly. It’s almost like there is no diffuser on there. The air is still blowing through and making my curls fly around. Also when I turn the switch on or off, there is a delay. It almost feels unsafe.

Terrible customer service. Have not received my product after months of returning my old one

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My blowdryer stopped getting hot less than a year after using. They will not send me a new one until I ship mine back. First of all I need My dryer for work as a hairstylist, second of all they didn't even send me a shipping label and want ME to pay for the shipping of THEIR faulty product. The lady was rude and when you email all you get is an AI response. I will never be purchasing from them again. 0/5 stars.

Sent item back for refund. They are “still processing” refund almost a month later. No product and no money. This is fraud!

Returned because not what I was expecting for the price!

I love the tools. But if you ever need to contact customer service, you will have to go through their horrible AI bots first. I even tried to send an old fashioned letter and it came back to me as undeliverable. After this recall, I’m done with this brand.

Still Waiting on credit or refund for a return. Been over a month. Customer service next to impossible to contact and the. They are no help. Basically keep telling us to wait. They have had the return in their possession for 3 weeks based on the tracked package information. Do not buy from them

The curling iron is fine. Purchases it as a Christmas gift and it had to be returned for a different size. That was over a month ago and we have confirmation that the return was received but I have not recieved a refund, credit or a replacement curling iron. So this company basically has stolen over $100 from me. Customer service is difficult to contact and no help even when you do get someone on the phone. Do not buy from this company. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

I love the new version of 10X lightweight BioInic dryer

The clamp is so loose it will not hold my hair tight enough to curl it no matter how much hair I try to curl. Sincerely disappointed in this purchase.

Not impressed at all by the brush. The first one I bought was too big and the second one also, plus they don't add shine to my hair like other good brushes do. Shipping time was average.
