Love this straightener for my thick hair!

The straightener has an okay feel to it but unfortunately doesn't seem to work as well as others. I tried on numerous heat settings but I'm still having to do multiple passes just to get the frizz down. My hair is not overly curly and even just doing touch ups requires multiple passes. Takes me FOREVER to straighten my hair now whereas my last straightener took a few minutes. Would not purchase again and just went to try and see about a refund but apparently you can only return things un-used, which doesn't make sense when it's a quality issue, and you also have to have original box which unfortunately my partner threw away so no luck there.

I absolutely LOVE this blow dryer and hair brush. It leaves my hair smooth and no frizz feels like I just came out of the salon!

The plastic pieces on the vent of my 10x blow dryer after a few years of use. Customer service replaced them at no cost and the process was easy.

I personally prefer the lover on the handle instead of the push buttons. I don’t always get it in lock. I know I will get used to it but right now I prefer the old lever for speed.
