Customer service was terrible. I emailed about an issue weeks ago, got an ai generated response saying it was going to be forwarded to the proper department to be reviewed and have heard nothing since. I’ve tried following up multiple times and received nothing. Very disappointed.

My BioIonic was recalled and dealing with this company was a nightmare. It took SO long, even though I was punctual and checking in. First of all, I was notified of Amazon for my recalled item. I got in touch with company to get replacement and shipping label (took 3 times). Horrible communication from BioIonic. Also, there was zero box that came with the product? It was sloppy, especially to give a customer who is dealing with getting a replacement due to safety recall? It was sloppy and I don’t think I had even received my replacement if I didn’t call 3 more times. I received zero communication along the way with shipping confirmation or anything of that sort. It was just sloppily done. I’m not impressed. I am thankful I received a product I can use safely now though, hopefully.

Had an issue with a previous model. The Bioionic team took the time to ensure the issue was addressed, provided good consistent updates and communication and addressed the issue by replacing it. Very satisfied customer. Would by from again my daughter loves the product.

I had to email several times because I never received my replacement. Once I finally got ahold of the right people they got it sent to me right away. Everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful.

Terrible! I used the long barrel 1” curling once and my hair got caught in the lever hinge and I had to cut my hair as it was completely stuck. Worst curling iron I have ever owned! Not worth the money or the hype! Very disappointing!!

I don’t like the new design of the 10X ultra lightweight dryer. This has been my go to dryer for years, it’s hard to find a dryer with a long skinny neck to hold on to. The design and function I love but the new cool button is in the wrong place .

It took a long time to get my replacement iron and now the new iron doesn’t hold my hair while curling.
