My gold pro flat iron stopped working and I was heartbroken. I contacted Bio Ionic to see about a replacement warranty, I had bought this flatiron earlier this year. They made the whole experience easily. They were very helpful and kept me up to date on everything from when my package was received to when it was shipped. I absolutely love Bio Ionic products and they have a client for life.

I love my One Pass curling iron

I love this blow dryer! I work behind the chair and run a 6 figure solo business, this is my most used tool. It’s lightweight, quiet and a power house! The warranty is great and it was honored when I sent in my blow dryer when the heat unit went out. It took about 10 days for me to make a claim and get it back. I highly recommend this blow dryer!!

Great product, great packaging

My other iron died on me and they had me a new one really fast, best one I've used in years. Customer service is top notch.
