This collar is very cute! I just wish that the photos or description were more up to date, as I didn't know that the regular buckle version came with a very pink buckle. From the photos, it also looked like there were 2 attachment points (1 for tag and 1 for leash), but I guess thats on the martingale version only because my buckle version has only 1 single attachment point. Overall, well made and very cute collar, but not entirely as expected.

Excellent product selection, reasonable prices. Shipping took was a bit slow but it was totally worth it.

This is the third or fourth collar I’ve gotten for my dog. We love them! Constructed well and durable, cute designs and I appreciate how the martingale works effectively without being stiff and awkward right out of the bag. I tried going with another brand before buying this specific collar for a different look and my dog was not impressed and neither was I. Will be buying more in the future! Thank you Big Paws! PS I wouldn’t hate it if you made another Wonder Woman design ;)

Collar is perfect! Shipping took some time to ship and also im unsure why there was no tracking on the package of 2 dog collars (wish there was) but got here ( Qc) safe within 3-4 weeks.

The lighting of their photos is entirely deceptive, the hardware is not a light brass, it’s just steel. No mention of what the hardware is in the description. And I’m admittedly (annoyingly) not ok with this at all. Tried to contact customer support, but they ignored what I said about the hardware and just talked about how the buckle will always be a random colour? Not what I had asked at all… And they have since ignored by query about a return. It does seem like a good quality collar, but they need to re-photograph their entire product line to be accurate.
