Love this collar on my handsome guy who reminds me of a llama with his long neck. Collar is well made and I plan on buying another pattern for him.

Waited a while before writing this review…ordered a dog collar and never received it. Reached out to company 4 time without even receiving an acknowledgment. Don’t even know if this company is legit. Now I’m out $50 and a collar. Terrible, shame on this company.

Never got an email notifying me of when the collar was shipped. Sent two emails and never got a response about returns/exchanges. Just not great customer service, which is a shame because the collar selection is quite large and it's nice to have the option of picking the type.

It’s pretty hard to do a review since i haven't received my items. I spent almost $200 and bought 6 collars after my friend recieved her and loved them. After numerous attempts contacting this shop I am assuming the package is lost since it gets sent without a tracking number. I did read on the website site it takes 5-7 weeks during peak season which I am assuming that is Christmas and other holidays. I will not he buying anything from them again.

They ignore emails about a missing item, don’t communicate when material is out of stock and don’t issue refunds when shipping incomplete orders. 100% do not recommend

Wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered, and paid for, a collar a month ago. Got an email saying the shop would be in touch when my order was shipped. After 3 weeks, I realised I hadn't heard anything. So I emailed. Then emailed again. Did not even receive the courtesy of a response. I guess I just got ripped off. Will contact my bank. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
