Inquired about shipping and was responded to quickly!

This is our 4th collar from bigpaw, they're sturdy, the dogs play and nib at each other, they're easy enough to clean, and they last for a couple of years. Quality is there. One thing to look out for this specific model is that it is not as bright as the pictures - the colors look a bit more dull than on the preview.

The response for emails was a bit delayed when asking for inquiries about my order, and they didn’t give me the most helpful response, however they were super polite, and they did follow up afterwards. I do understand they are a smaller business so I don’t want to fault them too much. I will be ordering from them again!

NEVER RECEIVED CORRECT ORDER I placed the original order in November 2025 for a martingale collar. I received a collar with a buckle. I immediately reached out to the shop, who confirmed the error on their end. After much back and forth (unable to provide me with a working return label), at the end of January 2026 they let me know I could keep the original, and they would send the replacement. I said that was fantastic. In February I received my replacement - the same incorrect collar with a buckle. I immediately contacted the shop - and they no longer respond. I am VERY disappointed that I never received what I ordered, and how much time it has taken for this issue to not get resolved. I had to go elsewhere to purchase another collar.

These custom collars are made so well! They're both stylish and functional, while being priced fairly. The martingale is everything we wanted, allowing a loose fit, with "choker" capabilities - but never actually choking. Cannot WAIT to see what new patterns they add to the overwhelming variety they already have! Well done!

Quick and easy

Very disappointed. This company provided me false information regarding the shipping of my product (they send an email stating the order was shipped out the day the order was placed, but in reality the order wasn't even started and they didn't actually ship it until two weeks after that email, and after I had already requested a cancellation). They also charged me for items that I never received (I originally ordered 5 collars, and only received four). After agreeing to cancel my order and refund my payment, the company shipped the partial order anyway. After I received my partial order that I had asked them to cancel, they again agreed to a full refund. To date, I still have not received a refund, nor heard back from the company. Beware of their fraudulent shipping confirmations and their reluctance to stand behind their product, or honour their agreements.

The shipping was way too long, but the product and the price are very good.

Slow to send and the graphics are a bit blooped. The collar is well made and is expected to last a decade or longer.
