Slow to send and the graphics are a bit blooped. The collar is well made and is expected to last a decade or longer.

I ordered this Collar 5 weeks ago. I still have not received it, even though Postal Strike ended 2 weeks ago. I asked Twice for a tracking number, and still have not received it either. Not a happy customer.

It was worth the wait. My only comment would be to tell customers up front they might be waiting 4 to 6 weeks to get their collar.

Was difficult to get a hold of customer service. After several emails inquiring as to why I had not received the collar, I was told 7 weeks later it was out of stock.
