These custom collars are made so well! They're both stylish and functional, while being priced fairly. The martingale is everything we wanted, allowing a loose fit, with "choker" capabilities - but never actually choking. Cannot WAIT to see what new patterns they add to the overwhelming variety they already have! Well done!

Excellent experience with this company. Love the website and shipping was quick!

Big paw shop is great. Good quality collar. It does take about 5 weeks to be delivered

Never received product. Customer service has not replied to the last email I had sent asking where it was.

Beautiful print, well made

Amazing quality and service

Received heart product, on time

Well made collar. Solid construction, high quality materials. Recommend.

Quick and easy

Very disappointed. This company provided me false information regarding the shipping of my product (they send an email stating the order was shipped out the day the order was placed, but in reality the order wasn't even started and they didn't actually ship it until two weeks after that email, and after I had already requested a cancellation). They also charged me for items that I never received (I originally ordered 5 collars, and only received four). After agreeing to cancel my order and refund my payment, the company shipped the partial order anyway. After I received my partial order that I had asked them to cancel, they again agreed to a full refund. To date, I still have not received a refund, nor heard back from the company. Beware of their fraudulent shipping confirmations and their reluctance to stand behind their product, or honour their agreements.

The shipping was way too long, but the product and the price are very good.

Cutest yeti collar ever! Looks perfect on my doodle Percy! Communication lacks with company but the actual maker of the collar is great:)

Slow to send and the graphics are a bit blooped. The collar is well made and is expected to last a decade or longer.

Love the collar. Will recommend to others and likely purchase again!!

Prompt shipping and good quality.

Beautiful collar fits great

GREAT

If you don't track your order, it takes a bit of time. Next time I will be tracking my order ♥️

We have gotten so many compliments on this new collar! Great fit, cute design, strong hardware - thank you!

I ordered this Collar 5 weeks ago. I still have not received it, even though Postal Strike ended 2 weeks ago. I asked Twice for a tracking number, and still have not received it either. Not a happy customer.
