I love the collars we purchased. They are excellent quality and exactly what I wanted. I was disappointed with the time it took to fulfil the order. Product was ordered on December 6th and was not fulfilled/shipped until January 3rd. The website indicated when I ordered that I should receive the products in time for Christmas (my dogs gifts from Santa). Still recommend the seller and hopefully this can be rectified for others.

Good service, even with the Canada Post strike

I wish the delivery was via fedex or purolator, it is stuck in a mail strike and i have moved from Canada to Australia

I ordered a collar on September 7, and as of October 21 I have still not received it. I have emailed Big Paws regarding the status of the order and have not received a response. Deeply disappointed.
