Nice lightweight- I had a really hard time getting the material to fold down to allow the wheels to function- it’s a great concept- but if you added 1/4 “ more material, the task would have been far easier- I was frustrated enough that I almost returned the bag- but I wanted to use it for a trip that starts today- wish me luck!

Excellent bags and customer service

This is a great carry-on bag. I love that it has a built-in bottle holder and an easy compartment to slip in my iPad. I also like the secret zippered section inside for keeping things safe. It is lightweight yet durable. Very happy with this bag.

I’ve been wanting a bag that will serve as a quick weekend bag and also for longer trips to go with my roller bag. It’s exactly what I wanted! Just tried it out. Works great and perfect for organizing! I had a customer service question and the person who called me back was super friendly and helpful. Kudos also for excellent customer service! Wonderful bag great service

This piece of luggage is perfect! It's so lightweight that it doesn't even have to be on wheels. . . . but IT IS! There are compartments every which way, and that's what you need when you travel. My hubs went crazy when he opened the box (I ordered it without telling him). Great quality, great price, don't hesitate to buy one!!!!

Really appreciating my Biaggi zip sack. Got it because I needed a slightly smaller size of luggage. It held way more than I expected it to, and it held up well on a trip although I did not ever put it in checked luggage. I found it fairly easy to roll through the airport, but you need to make sure it’s balanced when you pack. When I first ordered this, the product didn’t arrive. Biaggi promptly sent me out a replacement, which of course arrived at the same time as the initial order. Customer service was absolutely great. I heard back from them within hours of sending an email they gave me a postal pay tag to return the extra luggage. I would recommend them and I would buy it again.

I bought this for a 2 week trip to England. Best bag ever! We kept our home base in London, but took 2 trips to the Cotswolds and York, staying 2 days in each place. I left all my "big" luggage in London, and traveled with my Biaggi bag. It was the perfect solution! I got my daughter a Biaggi backpack and she loved it also.

I received the package timely. The packaging was secure. The product was just as described. I was able to fit enough clothes for a 3 day weekend get away and it fit perfectly under the plane seat.
