There was a hitch in delivery totally beyond their control. I was ok with the delay but would have appreciated better communication about why it was delayed. Am a little disappointed that the zip sack I purchased can't be used unless the wheels are out. [My fault for not paying better attention]. Not great for carrying as a tote. Over all though, extremely clever and well made.

Very nice bag with just the right number of pockets, however, the fabric is rather rough and unyielding. I would prefer a softer, less noisy feel.

Nice lightweight- I had a really hard time getting the material to fold down to allow the wheels to function- it’s a great concept- but if you added 1/4 “ more material, the task would have been far easier- I was frustrated enough that I almost returned the bag- but I wanted to use it for a trip that starts today- wish me luck!

Excellent bags and customer service

This is a great carry-on bag. I love that it has a built-in bottle holder and an easy compartment to slip in my iPad. I also like the secret zippered section inside for keeping things safe. It is lightweight yet durable. Very happy with this bag.

I’ve been wanting a bag that will serve as a quick weekend bag and also for longer trips to go with my roller bag. It’s exactly what I wanted! Just tried it out. Works great and perfect for organizing! I had a customer service question and the person who called me back was super friendly and helpful. Kudos also for excellent customer service!
