I had a warranty issue with my Biaggi bag. Customer service WAS great at resolving the issue. My only reason for 4 stars was each time (I believe 3times) I had to reach out to them about the status of where we were in the process. The bag is great and holds a lot. I LOVE the open top. I even had an airline agent, In Italy, ask about the bag and she was super impressed!

This luggage is going to be perfect for trips where I dont want to be bogged down with too many clothes

Nicely made, good zippers. Lots of convenient pockets. Fits many things into it. Like the bottom zippered shoe pouch which is also removable. Fit under seat on plane just fine. Also bought one for my husband as he admired mine.

Multiple uses

Love my Biaggi luggage. I have been purchasing their luggage for several years. They holdup perfectly, they can handle the roughest baggage handler.

I live the travel bags. They make packing a breeze. I especially like the shoe bag.

I bought a carry-on suitcase early this year and in one of my trips the zipper was damaged I contacted customer service and they told me that it can be replaced at no cost I received the replacement in due time Thank you

Our zipper broke - Biaggi sent a replacement for us to re-attach! Thank you!

After 2 years of hard travel one of our wonderful packing cubes seam gave out. I reached out to Biaggi with a couple of photos and just like that they sent a replacement of my order of two. UNBELIEVABLE! Who does that anymore? Thank you Biaggi for standing behind such a great and useful product!!

Haven’t gotten to use this for a trip yet. But it seems to be well proportioned and sturdy. I like the zipper pockets and especially the separate shoe area.

I love this big little bag. Big enough for a weekend + packing or carry on essentials. Looking forward to using it on my next trip. Well made, fabric is heavy enough to last, and the inside has pockets to help organize.

I love the size of this bag. Very light weight. I look forward to using it.

Love the products but their shipping takes a bit longer than expected so if you’re interested, allow enough time to receive it before your trip.

Just love our backpacks for flights

A couple years ago I bought the Zipsac Boost Underseater that expands to a carryon bag. While traveling this year I somehow misplaced the strap that allows one to pull the case rather than carry it. I wrote to Biaggi to see if I could purchase a replacement strap. They had me take a photo of my bag to be sure of the model and sent me a new strap! They kept me informed and provided a great kindness.

My husband used the hanging packing cube. He really liked then

Love everything purchased.

Perfect for my 4 days trip! I love it!

I packed for 4 days and still had room. It is so easy to order from the website. Fast shipping and carefully packed. This is the second Biaggi I own and will continue with my collection!

The size of this bag is perfect for me. Not too big and not too small. I also like the adaptability of the strap and I also appreciate the width of the strap! Those skinny straps tend to slide right my shoulder! Another plus is the purple color. Everything is great about this bag!
