Happy with the products and service the hanging packers are great! My husband just used on a recent trip. Unfortunately the suitcase was too small

I have the carry cube backpack and have used it on several multi-week trips. It holds an incredible amount of Stuff, fits under an airplane seat, and it is very easy to access whatever I need without digging through the pack. I think it would be close to perfect if it had a sternum strap and the shoulder straps had a bit tighter adjustment (when bag is fully loaded, it gets heavy and the straps don't want to stay adjusted. ) I'm not thrilled with the sideways trolley sleeve and single water bottle pocket, but can live with that design constraint. I've tried other personal items/backpacks at varying price points, but always come back to this one.

Loved the bag. It fit our needs for budget airline travel. We were not charged extra for this backpack as it fit the size specs.

I was totally satisfied with my experience purchasing from Biaggi. I love the bags, and Prichard three of the same style in different colors. They are very classy! The best feature is that the over the shoulder strap is wide and comfortable, and the bag can be shifted to the front of your body for security. There is more than ample room for everything you need to carry. Thank-you, Biaggi designers!

I bought the backpack for a trip. It was perfect for what I needed. I love that it can be compressed into a small package and doesn’t take up much room. genius!

The bags came quickly, and worked great for traveling.

This is the third purchase from Biaggi, and it is great. I even got my sister to get one like it…the flexibility of the bags and how it is possible to get all the pockets on one item is amazing. Strongly recommend. One thing I would love is to have insulated pouches so I can carry my lunch in the bottom section.

The backpack was perfect as a personal item ! I flew Allegient and it fit right under the seat! I was able to pack everything I needed for a 4day extended weekend trip without needing an additional bag!

Haven’t used it yet but it looks like it will work for my 2 nights away. I like that I don’t have to put it above and it fits under the seat.

It’s very deep. Holds a lot in the main compartment. The structured removable bottom is great! The only cons are it doesn’t have two way zippers on the pockets which will make it impossible to secure with luggage locks. I was wanting to use it for international travel but without locks it’s a no go. And could also use more pockets overall.

I have so many Biaggi products that this review title will speak to that automatically (I keep buying them). I’ve been buying Biaggi for years and have never been disappointed - I’ve purchased bags that just didn’t work for me and Biaggi always made exchanges or returns easy. Customer service is A-one…they always answer emails…

A friend recommended this expandable carry on with wheels -- love the purple. I will be packing this to go to Africa in September with room for souvenirs on the way home which was the whole idea!

I have bought four of these backpacks. I have one, my daughter has one, just got one for my husband, and now got one for my niece. I have spent a lot of money on finding the perfect luggage combo and have a number of bags; however, I always go back to my Biaggi backpack as a personal item on planes or to carry my toiletries and miscellaneous on a long road trip or as my single piece of luggage on a short weekend trip. You will be amazed at how much you can get in it! 100% recommend.

The Baiggi was super soft, just not the size I wanted. The return process after contacting the company was very easy and they were professional & cordial.

Have not used yet, perfect for what I purchased for. Excited to use👍🏼
