I love all the biaggi pieces that I have, especially the compression packing cubes. I also appreciate the customer service. . . I have been offered and received discounts every time I shop!

This carry-on bag is great! It is lightweight and easier to fling into the overhead compartment. It rolls easy and straight, even on airport carpet. The water bottle holder on back is a game changer, it’s so convenient. It’s mostly hard-sided and opens from the top instead of that annoying middle opening of most hard-sides. It’s easy to get into if necessary. My friend wants one now but it is constantly sold out. I was lucky enough to get the rose pink color, but it would be 100x better in brighter colors, especially a pretty purple. Think the Skittles colors! I want to be able to see and pick out my bag in a sea of drab colors.

Bag is nice except it is missing the sleeve that allows you to slip over handle of larger suitcase. So now I have to roll 2 suitcases. Somewhat disappointing

I needed luggage but I don’t have a lot of storage space. This is wonderful. Thank you for creating such a great product.

The best travel bag tons of compartments/pockets, tons of room and it fits under the seat in a plane. It also has a back latch to attach to your suit case.

I do not know, nor have ever heard of better customer service - I emailed customer service late on a Friday afternoon about a piece that had a defect that was discovered the first use - Within EIGHT MINUTES, I got notification of shipment of a new piece of luggage - Incredibly fast, no questions asked, Most certainly will do more business with Biaggi again

I love this bag! Sturdy, glides are strong and smooth. I haven’t traveled with it yet, but will send another review after my first trip.

Love this little backpack/personal item for flying. It holds a decent amount and has multiple pockets. The detachable bottom is perfect for shoes or anything else you want to put in there!

Biaggi never fails to disappoint me with the quality and delivery of their merchandise. I've been a customer for several years, traveling extensively with the same luggage. Only one of my pieces has been damaged which I could attribute to the less than gentle handling of the airport.
