So far so good. Lioke the top opening a bunch!

Just started a trip using it. It has worked out great! So many places to put things and very light!!

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my order delivery and it was resolved quickly and fairly.

Loved using the bag. Have traveled with it as a shorter, personal size. On the return trip it expanded to the carry on! Suggest you consider offerring a cross body strap option for hands free.

Customer service on a defective strap was excellent. Sent a replacement no questions asked

I’m still waiting to receive my exchanged underseat bag for the hardside carryon.

I took this on a trip overseas for 15 days. I love how it opened, and felt it was easier than the typical clam style. The wheels rolled well across cobblestone and regular pavement. It was lightweight and easy to lift and handle.

Perfect for traveling, works well with my small crossbody bag!

Good

Really impressed with Biggie’s customer service! After using my luggage for about two years, the metal piece on the trolley became bent. I contacted Biggie, and they honored the warranty and sent me a replacement. I really appreciate how easy and hassle-free the process was. It’s great to see a company stand behind its product even after two years. Excellent customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great backpack but it took forever to get to me. If you are going on a trip give the delivery plenty of time!

The under seater bag is exactly as described. It is great quality with wheels and attachment to hook onto to a bigger bag handle. One more day before we test it on the airplane. very satisfied.

Delivery was great Luggage product "Very Good"

Fantastic customer service! They take great care of their customers.

I love this set! I can’t wait to use it for my travel to Ireland!

Wow! These backpacks are way better than we expected! Very sturdy and tons of room. We're very pleased.

Love it! Perfect for our upcoming Africa trip. And light enough for me, a 75 year old. Comfy.

Love my purchase! Will probably order some cubes next.
