The bags came quickly, and worked great for traveling.

This is the third purchase from Biaggi, and it is great. I even got my sister to get one like it…the flexibility of the bags and how it is possible to get all the pockets on one item is amazing. Strongly recommend. One thing I would love is to have insulated pouches so I can carry my lunch in the bottom section.

The backpack was perfect as a personal item ! I flew Allegient and it fit right under the seat! I was able to pack everything I needed for a 4day extended weekend trip without needing an additional bag!

Haven’t used it yet but it looks like it will work for my 2 nights away. I like that I don’t have to put it above and it fits under the seat.

It’s very deep. Holds a lot in the main compartment. The structured removable bottom is great! The only cons are it doesn’t have two way zippers on the pockets which will make it impossible to secure with luggage locks. I was wanting to use it for international travel but without locks it’s a no go. And could also use more pockets overall.

I have so many Biaggi products that this review title will speak to that automatically (I keep buying them). I’ve been buying Biaggi for years and have never been disappointed - I’ve purchased bags that just didn’t work for me and Biaggi always made exchanges or returns easy. Customer service is A-one…they always answer emails…

A friend recommended this expandable carry on with wheels -- love the purple. I will be packing this to go to Africa in September with room for souvenirs on the way home which was the whole idea!

I have bought four of these backpacks. I have one, my daughter has one, just got one for my husband, and now got one for my niece. I have spent a lot of money on finding the perfect luggage combo and have a number of bags; however, I always go back to my Biaggi backpack as a personal item on planes or to carry my toiletries and miscellaneous on a long road trip or as my single piece of luggage on a short weekend trip. You will be amazed at how much you can get in it! 100% recommend.

The Baiggi was super soft, just not the size I wanted. The return process after contacting the company was very easy and they were professional & cordial.

I purchased the runway underseater with packing cubes. Wow! I live the size and how much can be stored in it. Using the cubes kept things well organized. The purchase was mostly for travel but has now become my hospital to go bag since it can hold so much. My husband is on the transplant list and the ease of packing, capacity, ease of movement with the 360• wheels make it possible to get out of the house and through the hospital efficiently. The fold down access to the inside pockets is very nice, esp in small hospital areas. I love this bag and will be getting more!

I haven’t had a chance to take it on a trip yet, but it seems well made and organized.

A wheel was broken off by an airline who wasn't willing to do anything about it. I contacted Biagi to see if they had any sort of replacement wheels that I could buy or if they had any ideas about how to fix it. They ended up sending me a whole new bag! My original bag was less than a year old but I hadn't even considered the idea that it could be replaced. They could have just said it was the airline's responsibility (which it was) but they didn't! Incredible!!

Everything it says it is. Cannot fit any size laptop in the sleeve. Can only fit a tablet.

Great carry on rather than back pack. I liked the space and how much it holds
