Having read the advert, I gave it a trial, for my age of 70 years I am fairly fit, a few aches a pains in my joints, however after the months trial I find firstly I am moving far easier and my joints are pain free, now going for my second month.

Too soon to be sure of long term effect. But arthritis improved but am also taking Chinese herbal medication so both could be contributing. Overall health not wonderful mainly due to family pressures which cannot be solved by any tablet.!

This product definitely does what they claim it will. More energy less joint pain.

I was lucky enough to have participated in a 2 month trial of this product and noticed a difference over the course of the trial period. I was playing golf well and purchased an extra months supply to cover me for the remaining weeks of the golf season but unfortunately it's just a little too expensive to continue with it on a permanent basis.

I am halfway through my second pot and I don’t feel any different . I now have a bad cold which I haven’t had for a long long time.

Ok, not seen any dramatic changes as indicated by some....

After taking 60 tablets I did not feel any benefits as claimed by the producer. An expensive waste?

I have more energy and less joint pain since I started taking Benecta.

Feel 10 years younger, get up and go down the stairs without having to hold the rail for security. Great !!

Nicely packaged capsules. Tried for 30 days as directed. There were no discernible effects, positive or negative, to my energy levels or health

I had some sore joints and my fingers were not moving that great some days but they seem to be 100% now!

Definately not having such stiff joints since taking Benecta also I don't feel the cold so much. Long may it continue! A happy customer
