Did nothing for me. Took two a day and noticed no change in my vitality, sleep patterns or energy levels.

Unable to mark your product as I have not taken them for long enough will definitely review when I come to a conclusion

I have had 2 batches of Benecta and feel they genuinely do improve stamina and energy levels for playing golf - I am 65 so this is a real plus!! My only criticism is that they do appear to be very expensive when compared to others on the market.

I have been taking Benecta for almost a month now and not found any change .

I am one month into my plan, I've ordered a further 3 months supply so I will have a more definite opinion, I do believe I'm sharper mentally and a desire to get going, I've encourage my wife to take them so that will be interesting to monitor her results, if the table turns and I get a cup of tea in bed each morning then they are definitely worth the investment. PS, is there any bird feed additives as I've been whistling a lot something I never do.

Only on my second month, so too early

I am 74 and suffer with rheumatoid arthritis in shoulders hands and feet but I still manage golf two or three times a week. I started taking Benecta in November and since then I have definitely noticed a moderate improvement in joint movement and a reduction in discomfort. Some days are better than others but overall I am happy with the results so far. No reduction in night time toilet visits though!.It would help if you indicated the best/ most effective times to take the capsules i.e. before/during/after meals or first thing in the morning and/or last thing at night. .

I was introduced to your product by one of my patients. who is very pleased with the result.I am an otometrist I come from a medical family who have an open mind and do not except what a lot of the medical media reject as placebo eg bach remedies and homeopathy. So I have an open mind. I have used glucosamine for 15 years and only noted after three months that I was benefiting from the product. I am very weary of any placebo affect However I have now used your product for one month and find the following: 1. It appears I have less trouble bending down to tie my shoe lases not perfect but I have noted the difference. 2. When standing up I appear to get the feeling to straighten my back up and put my shoulders back. I am now going onto my second month supply and will keep you informed

Been taking the pills for 4 weeks and no difference in back aches or increased energy. Sadly another over hyped product.

Unable to give an informed result as I take medication and other supliments for arthritis

I've given a 5 star rating but it's a little early to be certain, especially as I managed to put my back out 2 weeks in. I did however notice other parts of my body not aching as much, and they may have helped in my recovery. Maybe a couple of months are required.

Really hoped this would be the one that would work. Disappointed again. Took the recommended two per day for the full month and found no change whatsoever in my painful joints. Not really surprised!

I have taken most of my first 40 tablets and I am encouraged by the results as my aches and pains and stiffness are less so I will order more!

Have had far less aches and pains since taking Benecta. Almost stopped pain killers.

I invested in 3 months supply to give it every chance but I have been asked to review now after completion of first 30 days. So far - nothing - but I shall persevere.

I have taken Benecta for about 6 weeks now and I find that I can run up the stairs for the first time in ages.
