Does it work? Hard to say without stopping taking it now. Do I feel more energetic? - possibly but is it just because for £40 / month I feel as though I should be? Do I feel more supple? Possibly but maybe again because I'm now taking more care in general it's simply a spin off from that. Am I convinced that it's worth £40 / month? - probably not

I have now been taking Benecta Food Supplement for five weeks now and I can honestly say I feel absolutely no different after I play golf or work in the garden.

Yes it’s true! Been taking for 3 months now and feeling fitter and more energised then I was previously, so something is happening.

So far no discernible impact, so reluctant to purchase a second month.

On my 3 month now. I have spent a lot of money to not be feeling any different than before l started taking Benecta. Not sure if l will buy anymore as it is rather expensive.

I am almost finished the first months supply and to be honest I don't notice any difference in how I feel . I have received my second months supply, I will see after that if there is a noticeable change

I have been taking Beneta for two months now. But not feeling any different to when l first started taking them.

I developed hip and joint pain in my late seventies mainly I believe from playing a lot of golf. Having tried many other brands over the years I have noticed a gradual improvement since trying Benecta ( 3 months).
