Tried these tablets, taking two per day, unfortunately they had very (if any) effect. Gone back on cod liver oil plus chondrin and things are certainly better. Sorry for being negative but you asked for a review.

Just ordered my second month supply as feel the first month gave me a fresh lift especially on the golf course

I have been using the supplement now for two months. My sleep pattern is much improved, but my knee joints and calf muscles have not improved from the discomfort I experienced prior to taking the supplement, in fact they have got worse!

This may be to soon to provide a review as I have only just finished my first 30 days supply & to be honest I don't feel much different, this being the reason for just the 3 stars. It could be I need to give it more time so perhaps I will give it another 30 days but at ВЈ40 per month I have to ask myself if the outlay is worth the results but I will consider purchasing another 60 pills.

Have not noticed any difference to the way I feel or my energy levels.

Having only used benecta for one month , I'm possibly not the best judge . Having said that I find myself feeling less tired and have more energy . Also my arthritic knees definately feel better . So hopefully after month two I will feel more benefits.

I do notice a difference to my aches and pains but due to the weather I am not sure whether this is down to not playing due to the weather. I will continue to use BENECTA and see if this changes when I do play.

After reading all of the hype about this product in golf magazines, I couldn’t wait to try it to alleviate my all over body pain. What a huge disappointment and waste of money! Benecta did absolutely nothing to help my situation whatsoever. It’s not exactly cheap either. £40 for 30 days supply is an absolute rip-off.

Im still waiting for 2nd order at the moment no Different will give it one more go.

At ВЈ40 per month it's ВЈ480/year and I find that too expensive. I've yet to feel the benefits so am reluctant to go ahead with a regular order. I contacted Benecta to see if there was a discount scheme for a regular monthly order or direct debit but did not receive a reply, so I won't continue with the supplement. I thought they should have the courtesy to reply even if to explain there wasn't, but nothing.

Easy to order, quick to deliver, pleasant to take, has made a difference but does seem a bit expensive at ВЈ40 per month
