Tried the Dream Salted Carmel powder and it works most of the time. If I'm really stressed about something and can't turn my brain off, it tends to not work as well.

Getting the product was fine. I think I was supposed to get the frothy and a cup with the product, received product and frothy only, but I have plenty of cups, so not a deal breqker

I tried the sample packets. This product didn't work for me as I still kept waking up each night. Nothing works for everyone, so may work for others. Tasted alright. Shipped quick enough.

Good company good product

The hot cocoa has really helped me relax and get to sleep. I take it about 45 minutes before I plan to go to bed. My only wish is that it helped me stay asleep longer, but that’s probably more a part of my biology than anything else.

I’ve been using this for the past 2 years and have never slept better! The sea salt caramel is my favorite flavor. I love the subscription option so I keep it in stock:)

I was hopeful that your product would provide a deeper, more sound nights rest. Not to say that it didn't help, I just expected better results for the cost. I just cannot justify the price for the slightly improved sleep. Thank you
