It's mainly melatonin hot chocolate
It's fine, but it's pretty much just the 3 mg of melatonin doing the heavy lifting. Is it more enjoyable thank taking a pill? Of course. Does it do anything that a melatonin pill doesn't? Not really.

I attempted to text customer
I attempted to text customer service regarding a refund since the produce did not help me and, in fact, left me with a pounding headache each morning following use. However, I have not heard back from customer service. I'm left with a $75 bag of dream that I will not use and am not happy with.

I was skeptical, but it actually worked! I love the flavor too! I have tried many natural sleep time aids but none very effective or I didn't like how I felt the next day. Beam helps me fall asleep and stay asleep without feeling groggy or "off" the next day. I would recommend giving it a try to get your sleep back on track.

Beam works pretty well. I don’t think it’s a slam dunk every night but I like the taste and think it may help me fall asleep faster. I wish it helped me fall back asleep after I wake up.

I love the products, but I had a tough time skipping shipments. I thought I had skipped them for a month, then something would show up. I finally just canceled my subscriptions because I have more than I'll ever use now.

Puts me to sleep quick
Puts me to sleep quick but does not keep me asleep through the night. I was hoping this would help, I've tried alot of things. If you want to fall asleep it will definitely help with that.

Absolutely love this product. Has
Absolutely love this product. Has increased my quality of sleep for sure. HOWEVER, it's just too darn expensive! If it was in the 45-60 range like some of it's competitors it'd be worth it. But until that happens, it was nice to try and I'll move on to a competitors product that is $45/month and does the same thing.
