Live the products but hate having to subscribe. It's a hassle to manage. I unsubscribed because of it. I'd buy as needed otherwise because it does work well.

I am reviewing primarily the cocoa/tea beverages. This product has the fastest onset of sleep initiation of any others I have tried. As soon as 30 min -- so postpone taking until close to bedtime. My recorded deep sleep and REM sleep times increased by 50% according to my sleep tracker which is excellent with regards to improved quality of sleep time. Breakthrough sleep maintenance insomnia has happened about 25% of the time and can be solved with taking a Beam capsule at 3:00 am without experiencing wakeup fatigue or hangover. You definitely need the battery operated whisker or it doesn't dissolve and remains in clumps. Even so, there is some residual sludge on the bottom of your mug. I enjoyed the limited flavor peppermint cocoa so much, I ordered 6 more bags while I could still get it! Being a big fan of everything pumpkin in the Fall, I was so excited to try the pumpkin spice flavor powder...…yikes, what a huge disappointment!!!! The taste was so nasty and really did not come close to anything resembling a yummy pumpkin treat. It left a chemically aftertaste that I could not get out of my mouth. If you don't want your pleasant dreams to turn into nightmares, run away from this flavor! This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

I have taken beam every night with warmed almond milk for the past 5 nights and have slept for 9+ hours. I do wake up occasionally, and have pretty vivid dreams, but I still feel very well rested when I wake up. I would say the packaging could be even smaller, and the bag is about half full when you get it. The recommendation is 6-8oz of liquid, but I use 4.5 to really get the flavor, and take it about 30min before bed.

I loved the idea of a warm drink at bedtime but Dream is not for me. I found the drink to be overly sweet with a funny after taste. I tried varying amounts, adding nondairy milk but still couldn't enjoy this beverage. And then the product did not work for me. Shortly after taking it I had uncomfortable sensation in the back of my head. I think it did help me go to sleep but I had more dreams and didn't get the deeper sleep I need. Love the idea but this product didn't work for me.

Delivery was good

Love trying the different products. Some are good some are not. It’s great to have the variety to try new and find my favorites.

The sleep is good, but the price is steeper than the sleep gummies I buy! It does taste good but you do taste the artificial sugar aftertaste

taste good and it works, I just wish I could afford it, I'd use it every night if I could.

It’s really hard to know if it’s the amount of melatonin that puts you to sleep, or the other ingredients…

LOVE IT !

I’ve never slept so well and had consistent quality sleep. The beam powder tastes amazing, just the right amount of sweetness, works fast (feel tired 30-60min after taking it), and doesn’t make me feel groggy the next day. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night, I can fall back asleep quickly and am more rested the next day. Must have for anyone!
