It took a while to receive this product. Also the frother doesn’t work properly. I messaged the company to ask if I could try a different flavor because the sea salt caramel was awful and I could not even drink it. The response was only showing me how I can change my flavor for the next shipment. Overall disappointed.

I’ve tried three times and it Doesn’t help me sleep. Even more awake than before. I was really hoping this would work.
