I ordered online. There was only one person working. There was one guy in front of me with some complicated project. After a considerable wait I was asked what I needed. When I replied I had an online order - the store representative acted like he had never heard of such a thing. The purchase experience was clunky. And the product was defective. 0 Stars.

Seriously, Tony is the man. Super responsive, quick to help, and offered fantastic customer service. I needed to recycle some batteries on short notice and he was the only person out of multiple places I called that could help. Cannot thank him enough. Only good things should happen to Tony.

I took my android phone to the U Break I Fix store across the street from BatteriesPlus, they told my me my phone was unfixable as it was the mother board. I could send it off to a place in California but it would be thousands of dollars. I had to pay them $40 just to look at it to tell me they couldn't fix it. I was disappointed as I could get the phone to turn on, but couldn't get to the main screen. I stopped by Batteries Plus at 13176 Cortez Blvd, Unit 40, Spring Hill, and spoke to Steven and was telling him about my phone and that none of my contacts, pictures etc were on Google. He suggested I try the Samsung cloud site. I checked, nothing. I had to go back to BatteriesPlus for new batteries for the FOB to my car. I spoke to Chris and once again, told them I went to the Samsung cloud and nothing was on it for my phone. I explained what had happened and he said if it was the motherboard, it wouldn't even turn on. He suggested I bring it in for them to look at it. I went back with the phone and left it. He said it could be the screen and they had one in stock. They called me the next day and they had my phone working. They replaced the screen and a cable inside the phone and it was now working properly. Needless to say I bought an IPhone in the meantime, but at least I have all my contacts back, pictures from 4 years, recordings of my mom who has since passed away. I must say I now have a smile on my face. Thank you BatteriesPlus! I will highly recommend them to all one who needs great service!

charge too much money for replacing auto key fob batteries

I went in to have the batteries replaced in both of my key fobs. There was a little difficulty getting one of the fobs to fit back together properly, but the staff were very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. They let me take the one that was working and said they would call me when the other one was fixed. I had no problem coming back at my own convenience, and they called shortly afterward. I was able to pick up the other fob the very next day. The manager, Timothy, apologized again for the inconvenience and, to my surprise, didn’t charge me for the fob batteries! Now that’s great customer service! I really appreciated their professionalism, communication, and willingness to make things right. I would definitely recommend them!

Placed order on line with pick up in two stores because one store only had one pack of the size batteries I needed and did not have any of the other size i needed. When got to the first store to pick up 1 pack of batteries I realized it was the ŵŕong aize so i dið à return. The store rep was very gracious. I then called the second store to let them know that of the two set of batteries that I was getting one of them was the wrong size so just wanted them to take that one off. I did that because I did not get a notification that the order was ready to pick up and I wanted to know if I could just come on and pick it up. I was put on hold and then the rap came back and told me that they canceled the order. I was like why did you do that I wanted the other set of batteries. He informed me that there was no way for him to separate the one that I wanted from the one I didn't want it. And that was unfortunate. I felt that I should have been able to go there and pick up the size that I wanted and return the one that I didn't like I did in the store before.

Went to replace my car fob battery and was charged only 7$ which i thought was odd with no reciept. After a couple of weeks it stopped working. went back and was told the battery that was used was not theirs snd that i had to purchase a battery for 16.99. Its nit the $$ its the principle of the deception. Will not be going back and beware of the pat booker location
