Went in to get a truck battery, worker suggested a better option. Then I mentioned my phone charge port was bad ask about cost to replace. He said I bet it's just dirty he cleaned a pile of dirt out of it and walla its fixed no charge I was so happy.

Tye and Ken were incredibly helpful. After going to four other auto parts locations these gentlemen were the only ones who could help me find the part I needed. Sadly the part only comes in the kit when you buy a new battery . They went out of their way to search the surplus/returns parts bin and found exactly what I needed. At a time when customer service can be questionable . . . . not at this location. These two were great and Batteries Plus will get all of my water craft and car battery business as a result!!!!!

You almost always have the right battery for my needs. I maintain a small fleet of older motorcycles. I appreciate your having the batteries I need, and being responsive when something I need is not immediately available. I will continue depending upon Batteries Plus as my primary source.

Shouldn’t even have 1 star. Bought a Duracell battery for my motorcycle from this place. Did t have it even 3 months. Went 2 weeks without riding my bike and the battery is dead. Took it back and they said they couldn’t replace it before they did test on it. They had it a week never called me. I finally called them and they claimed there was nothing wrong with the battery and said they charged it and I could pick it up. Here it is 5 days later and that battery is dead again. They again say we have to run test on it. They won’t replace the battery even though it has a 3 month warranty on it. If you’re smart you won’t buy from these people. They will rip you off!

You missed your promised delivery date by a full week.

On 6/25/26 I visited your Brea store to purchase 3 12v Duracell batteries. The young man was very friendly and helpful in filling my order. He was a little busy at the time but was excellent at multitasking and during the whole visit, kept his friendly & pleasant demeanor. I left the store as a very satisfied and impressed customer. Please recognize this employee because of him, I will return to your store for all my battery needs.

Went in store to buy a battery for my jet ski the man behind counter told me it only one year warranty but on your website it says 24 months warranty,then he proceeded to tell me if I wanted it with 24 months I had to order it online and pick it up in store which is a bunch of crock!!. Why is warranty differance from in store than online. I may never buy from battery plus again

I went in to change the battery. phone was working and came out with it not working. They told me to take it to a different shop and that they would pay for it to be fixed. Went to the other location and got it fixed and when we called them To take over payment they denied it. The employee from batteriesplus said they were not going to pay because the phone was not working when I took the phone. That’s a BIG lie. Why would I want a new battery on a non working phone. The employee came up with a million lies . Even the employee at the other business knew it was lies after lies. They denied payment. Had to pay out of my pocket for their mess up. If they didn’t know what they were doing they should have just been honest and we could have token it somewhere else.
