Ordered a motorcycle battery online and it took 1 month for me to receive it. I called the store 2x and the man i talked to said it will be in next week. well next week came and gone. I called again a week later and the man told me because of Memorial Day it was late. He then said it will be in within the week. Never came in. The week after i called corporate. Now these people are useless. The lady i talked to said she will call the store and see what's going on. She then comes back on the line with me telling me the battery is on the way. So then another 5 days go by and i finally get my battery. The customer service sucked at the store i bought this battery from. 1 month and i couldn't ride my motorcycle because the battery i had in it was dead.

My husband called the Greeley CO store about replacing a battery in a cell phone. He was told that it would cost 99. 00, the battery was in stock, and if the phone wouldn't power on, there would be no charge. When we got to the store, a taller brunette gentleman, and I use that word extremely loosely, told us that they would not work on phones that had any water damage. When my husband called the store he mentioned the phone had gotten partially wet, but nothing had been said about not working on phones with any water damage. When he stated this, the guy at the counter said he was the one my husband spoke with and that he told him that over the phone. My husband disagreed with him and he became verbally abusive with him! He told my husband if he took better care of his phone than he wouldn't have this problem, and then proceeded to tell my husband that they also sell batteries for hearing aids! My husband is visibly disabled and his hands don't work well. If he wasn't, he likely wouldn't have dropped his phone. What kind of people do you employ that insult and argue with a potential customer? I would very much like to say what I thought of your employee, but I am clearly better than he is. I work for a law enforcement agency, and I don't speak to criminals the way this a-hole spoke with my husband. Learn some manners.

I had a technical problem with my Samsung Phone. I first called them to see if they could help me. On the phone they said they might be able to help me. So I explained my issues and Josh said I will see what I can do. Well he went above and beyond in customer satisfaction. Fixed my issues showed me some tips. When I asked how much I owed he said no charge. I was very impressed with him and his staff. KUDOS!!!!

Website recommended the incorrect battery. Store location also installed different incorrect battery. Refused to issue refund for their mistake.

Wasted my time and money. They said I needed a battery, if battery didnt solve the issue, I could get a refund. It didnt solve the issue & when I went back in they said that my phone probably has a virus and I couldnt get a refund. Why didnt they check the 1st time for a virus? I factory reset my phone & issue is still there. Ugh. I could have used that $100 towards the new phone I have to buy. I do not recommend this store.
