After going to a Local Locksmith and spending over $200. 00 and having toi come back 3 times because of problems, a lady customer at the Locksmiths place mentioned Battery Plus to me. So I gave it a try and Bryan sold me a new Key Fob for $50 less than the Locksmith wanted and programmed that one with my 2 other Key Fobs and now I have a Key Fob for me, my wife and a Spare and my nightmare is over thanks to God and Bryan! He works at the New Port Richey Store!

My hometown BP store had the battery I needed in stock ready to pick up. The personnel in the store were very helpful and friendly. Good experience.

Personell were knowledgeable and efficient

There isn’t anything related to ANY type of battery (car, phone, watch, device) that they don’t have, or can get, AND they’ll replace it for you. They also have the expertise to fix cell phones. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and has a great staff.

Wouldn't refund my core charge without credit card used to purchase online. Said I would have to return with the card. I live 50 minutes away from the store and usually only make it to that area when going to battery's plus. I'll shop somewhere closer to home from now on

Isidro was very helpful in assisting me with a battery replacement for my iPhone, even when I didn't end up buying one. He was friendly (as was the other worker whose name I didn't catch. ) I have been here before for watch battery replacements and have been helped quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this store and will be back.

Did not honor warranty.

The battery that was going bad died in the parking lot of the store. So the employee was very nice and installed it for me and no issues and been driving the vehicle ever since.

I had called prior to pickup. Battery was pre-charched and ready. I installed myself. Cart was available. Staff where friendly and helpful. Quick trip. Excellent experience as always.

Worst online purchase experience ever! Placed order was confirmed card was charged and confirmation of ready for pick up was received. Was later told they didn’t have the battery I needed because corp guesses at what’s in each store. The store wouldn’t reverse my charge on my card. Like I said worst experience ever. Will never buy from them again
