The customer service at the Algonquin Batteries Plus store is exceptional. Even though employee Robert M. Walder was working alone, he handled everything professionally. For our Saturday morning appointment, he had the battery and tools ready to go. While installing the battery, he kept a watchful eye on the entrance and the queue. He managed the pressure of juggling multiple customers extremely well, and his customer service was amazing. He even politely asked if we would mind when he stepped away briefly to help other customers. Highly recommend!
