I went in to get a new battery for my key fab. They tested it and it was working but it turned out to be my fab. They let me get a refund and keep the battery since it didn’t work. They are honest and took care of me. They also gave me a great quote for a new fab which was about half what the dealership quoted. I would definitely recommend this store! I own a 1974 MGB, a British sports car, and have an obvious problem finding parts. I ordered a replacement online but it was the wrong size, as the vehicle had been modified. The crew at your store on Val Vista Dr and Elliot Rd in Gilbert were amazing in getting this resolved. Both Casey and the GM, Arthur, couldn't have been more helpful. I never used to think of car batteries at Batteries+, but I would definitely recommend them. They even helped with the install, which I was not expecting...give them some praise from a satisfied customer
