Ordered online the night before, and picked it up the next day. It was ready and waiting as soon as I arrived. I got notified of the status after the order was placed, and until pickup. The process was easy, fast, and efficient. I knew what I needed, and they had it in stock. These batteries last. One lasted 5 years for me, so I'll keep with the Duracell brand, as long as these sustain the quality they're at now.

I just wrote a review of the entire experience. It wasn't clear that the first review was just the battery. Kinda weird.

Battery I ordered was delivered 1 full week after the promised delivery date. My activities were wrecked when the battery didn't arrive as promised. I could have bought the batter elsewhere if you had told me you couldn't meet my need by date.

So I dropped my phone on several occasions caretaking for my mom and her husband for several months. Screen is cracked in many places. After I get back home to Ohio I make ann appt. and take it over to my local B+ store! Dreading to have to pay for a new screen since I really try to take good care of my phone. They are expensive! After dropping off my phone, I get a call about 45 min. later saying my screen is fine, I had a protective cover on it (which I honestly only vaguely remember putting on (Yes! My phone is older do not judge!)). “Come get your phone, it’s fine! No charge!” WHAT? Bravo to Batteries +. I appreciate your honest business ethics and employee at my local shop!
