Everything about my experience here was amazing. Came in to have my auxiliary battery replaced on my qx30 the customer service was amazing. They changed and installed the auxiliary battery for me with no problem they were extremely knowable as well. Very happy with my experience here at the Hicksville location.

I had to wait a bit for delivery to the local store but it was worth it. A VERY good deal with 18% for a box of 12 Duracell 9 volts. So far my experience with BatteriesPlus has been positive. This is my 3rd transaction with them and so fat so good. Pricing. . . . . with special discounts. . . . . can't be beat.

Great customer service. I ordered on a Thursday night and Friday Morning the next day at 8:00 am which is Opening hours thy made a call to me that order was ready . I got to the store and the battery was already on counter waiting for me. Also take your battery when you go pick up your new one so you can get refunded right then and there.
