I used to brag to my friends about Barista Underground's customer service back when you (1) actually published a phone number for customers to call and (2) always had a real human being answer the phone within two or three rings. Your service was AMAZING and I proudly spent my money with you. Now your customer service is essentially non-existent. No, email nonsense doesn't count. I've been a loyal customer for 5+ years, spending tens of thousands of dollars with you, and this is how you say 'thank you'? By giving me some BS email form? I have two thoughts. 1. If I could find another online wholesaler for high-end, third wave coffeehouses like mine, I'd switch to them in a heartbeat. So I'm staying with you because you're the only game in town. Products and prices: good/okay Customer service: absolutely terrible 2. If you care about being in business to actually serve your customers (instead of being an impersonal online marketplace), I highly recommend that the leaders at Odeka/Barista Underground read Anything You Want by Derek Sivers.

Deliveries are occasionally damaged and or very late.

Prices and products are fair on this site, but the website and ordering process is frustrating. My cart does not update when I add items (my routine order is multiple mixed cases of 12, 1883 syrups); it's as if there's a consistent lag on the website or some sort of glitch. I order a great deal of syrups and need to be organized with ordering, so it's very challenging when items do not appear in my cart after taking the time to add them. I order weekly and this is a consistent issue. We are currently searching for another distributer to order from as this has become an incredibly inefficient process.

Service great but your web site is bothersome to navigate. No straightforward way to go directly to shopping cart. Too many "buy other products" screens. Also hard to find some items like Toddy bags as search doesn't bring up.

Your company does a great job. Fast at communication and fixing issues. Any issue I have had has been with Fedex delivery. I wish you offered a choice of carriers.
