I’ve ordered several times from Barista Underground. The items are always shipped on time and the products are in perfect condition!

Service great but your web site is bothersome to navigate. No straightforward way to go directly to shopping cart. Too many "buy other products" screens. Also hard to find some items like Toddy bags as search doesn't bring up.

Your company does a great job. Fast at communication and fixing issues. Any issue I have had has been with Fedex delivery. I wish you offered a choice of carriers.

The selection and pricing is great but the website definitely has its issues. The search function doesn’t work at all which is very frustrating.

Things come very slowly.

We've been purchasing from Barista Underground since the pandemic. We use oatmilk in our home and buying in bulk is a great way to save. Delivery is SUPER fast!
