Excellent customer service

The product is wonderful. I wish there was a differently delivery other than FedEx because the product gets damaged a lot. But your customer service is great so it makes up for it.

Shipping is quick. Prices are fair. Item availability is consistent. Y'all are great. Nothing but love.

I have no issues with the company, and have been purchasing from them for awhile. However, updates to their website have made it very difficult and for somethings, impossible to place a bilk order. Hoping this gets resolved soon as I cant be the only coffeeshop unable to order. I want to continue purchasing form them and not half to go elsewhere.

I have ordered several times from you guys and recently there have been different issues that either didn't ship, or order not in stock. Items that are not in stock need to be shown ion the website so we can use other distributors to get what we need. Also the last few times my orders are showing up at my house rather than my place of business. I know you guys use Shopify for checkout and we also use them for personal purchases. If Im using your business to order products, then it should default to my Business address. I cant keep checking shipping addresses for every product checked out through Shopify. This should be fixed.

I was spending so much on this gd milk for so long until I found this. Now I have 80+ bottles of milk stocked up. I don’t know why I did this to myself but I don’t regret it. Odds are I’ll do it again.

The product selection is great, but the shipping time is a huge inconvenience for our business.

We order a lot of product fro Bariata Underground. About every other order is either wrong or damaged when it arrives. Customer service is great, but wish there wouldn't be a problem to begin with.
