It sometimes takes a while to ship. I’ve had an order in for a week with no shipping confirmation yet. Very frustrating. I’m realizing now I need to plan far in advance when I order things.

You all have the best customer service I have ever experienced! We have had a couple of times where glass syrups have broken in transit (no fault to the packaging, our mail carrier notoriously throws any and every package) and the response time from customer service with shipping details of new syrups was literally within minutes of us reaching out! We will continue to purchase through you all, even if the prices were higher, because your customer service is top notch!
Incredible customer service! I reached out because my address was incorrect and the shipment was stuck at FedEx, they immediately contacted them and had the items delivered the following day, and all other items that got returned to their warehouse got re shipped to me at no extra cost. They also respond to all my emails within a a few hours and were happy to provide a solution! Also the maison routin syrups are delicious!!

I've ordered a large quantity of oatmilk several times now. Product shipped fast and arrived with very good expiration dates. My second order was delayed in shipment because it got damaged. I suspect FedEx stabbed it with a forklift. I contacted customer service and the rep immediately set up a replacement order. Issues will arise and it's how a company handles those issues that always sticks in my memory. Barista Underground earned a loyal customer that day.

We've had some positive and not so positive experiences. Lately, shipping has taken longer which can impact our operations. We have also received products that were damaged due to improper packaging but also have received expired syrups. While we feel things have been corrected once we reached out, we are debating exploring other options that may be more reliable.
We love to be able to create the 12 pk of syrups and the no shipping with a $125 order. The bottles come packed really nicely also.
I love barista underground. They are so efficient! I get my order extremely rapidly and everything is packaged well. I have purchased from them many times and will continue to do so.
Always easy to navigate the website, whenever we receive damaged product which is rare, customer service is super helpful to replace quickly! Great company
