I did an auot order for the 8th of june. It was confirmed which I didnt get an email on. And it hasn't been shipped. And ive not been getting emails on when my order shipp

Good products. Shipping was always when they say it would ship (2-3 day once order is placed it would ship). Recently, shipping has not been that quick. It makes it difficult when you run a business and you rely on stuff to ship when it states it will. I just think that they need to update it to ship within five days on their website. This is a new issue shipping has been great up until this past month.

We have been using Barista Underground for about a year now. The first 6 months they were amazing no complaints. Orders came in on time and sometimes quite quickly. Then little things started happening. We would get 1 or 2 boxes out of 6 that were busted. They would send another one right out. Then it started getting worse. We’ve gotten an entire box with empty almond milk cartons. They sent new milk out and it took a while. The last couple times they have shipped our order without the almond milk and then telling us it has a separate shipping without providing the separate shipping information. I don’t believe for one second that’s the case. I believe they forget and then ship it out once we call to let them know it’s missing. This time the same thing happened. They said they were shipping it out right away and then oat milk showed up. So we contacted them again. They said they were shipping it out no type of compensation to make it right since we have been waiting 3 weeks for this order. No rushed shipping or extra almond milk. Today we got a message that the almond milk was returned to sender because it was damaged during shipping. Which means it probably was packed horribly which has also been a thing and it exploded. We have gotten several boxes of exploded milk. This company’s quality is definitely digressing and it’s a shame because we really enjoy their products.

So far so good! I’m really enjoying the chai concentrate!
