Bought this frame for myself and was very pleased with the constant updates from slumbersource. Bed has worked like a dream so far. All the functions are easy to use and responsive.

We were looking for a sleep to stand bed but did not want to over pay. For 5 thousand dollars this checked all of the boxes for me. The bed is very pretty to boot too and the mattress that came with it has given me much better sleep. It's very easy for my help to move it around too thanks to the casters and the bed is sturdy enough for me to lay in it with out it moving. Very pleased with my purchase

We received the UPBED within a week and once it arrived the installation crew was ready to set up and have the bed ready for me to use. The instruction for the remote are pretty straight forward and slumbersource has been there to answer my every question.

We've got this bed for my aunt around a month ago and she cannot stop raving about how comfortable it is. The frame works in a way that it effortlessly transition from bed to chair. The bed is also very heavy making it able for us to keep the casters on and have the bed not move. The bed also complement out aunt's bedroom very well. Would highly recommend and will probably order a second one in the future.

We live in a remote area near Salem Oregon and finding a store anywhere that can remote areas like this is frustrating. I guess not for these guys. We ordered last Friday and it was installed a few days later on Wednesday. The Salem crew spent 1 hour training us on how to use the features and functions.

Less than one week from ordering, the Minneapolis crew delivered and installed our new UPBED. Highly recommend these guys

Seems like everyone sells this medmizer bed, but for us we needed a specific guaranteed delivery and installation date 1 week from ordering. Other than slumbersource, the earliest we could have received this from other stores would have been 5-6 weeks. They delivered a day early and the Idaho crew was onsite for 3 hours getting us setup and training on all of the features. Super Happy!

Bought this frame for our daughter to provide her more comfort and this frame combined with our tempur pedic mattress delivered! The guys who came over were able to accommodate having her old headrest attached free of charge too! The folks over at slumber source have been very polite and I appreciated all the care they put on this purchase. I would gladly buy from them again.

Bed got here on time and without any issues. Installation was no hassle, would recommend having a help of 2 or 3 people though. Anyway the bed is all set up and so far we love it.

Totally worth it. I ordered this bed for my patient and she's never been more comfortable. It is very easy for her to get out of bed now with the our Hoyer lift. The bed itself is also very easy too move around. The bed responds very quickly o the control commands. She loves the look of the bed too! It matches her room very nicely! We will be using the app features soon.

My mom is very comfortable in this bed. The bed moves well and the hi -low adjustments are perfect for her and for her caregivers to move her safely at her assisted living. Would recommend to others.

This is just perfect for my son. The bed is really easy to use and the tempur-pedic mattress we have is a perfect match for it. The communication with this company is really good.
