I am a big guy, closely weighing 400 lbs. At my old age I have lower leg weakness and need the lift feature to help me stand up. The texture on this is very nice and soft felt. It those take quite some room but that's to be expected. It delivered a week right after ordering and the set up was done in an orderly and professional manner.

I've purchased 2 other chairs before this one and they did not work for me. Glad to finally be settled with this one.

We have this frame for my 74 year old father and he loves it. I was concerned about his weight and mobility issues. We were afraid that he would not be able to roll over in the bed but it has not been an issue. The installers were nice and even arrange the room so that his lift would fit.

I was so happy to have received this bed and we did not have to wait long at all! This bed is soooo good looking. I keep getting compliments when my family stops by. The bed is extremely comfortable and very modern looking. I am glad to say that very happy with my purchase.

My wife and I now have full back support. It's very easy to use and the mattress are very comfortable!

Uh, what can I say? Spoke to many stores that sell the UPBED and they all had some BS story about wether delays, Covid and short staffing so delivery would not be for at least 3 weeks or more. The SlumberSource team called us daily with updates even just 30 minutes before the delivery. The install crew sprung into setup action immediately and Rancho Cucamonga CA is sleeping better now.

My husband was released from the hospital on January 25 and it was critical that he receive this HomeCare bed the same day. Well, I received a call from the driver indicating that there's no way to get his semi trailer down the main road near our house, which is about 1 miles away. The driver indicated he will have to head back to the terminal and we can figure out a different way to deliver this. 30 seconds to by and I receive another call from the team at SlumberSource and they had the driver on the phone telling him to wait for 10 minutes where he is. The install technicians from SlumberSource raced over to meet the driver, offloaded the freight and delivered/setup the medical bed for my husband. This is not the first time we've run into the scenario purchasing large items like a refrigerator, then I can tell you this is the first time a company sprung into action with no excuses and fixed the problem instantly. We are grateful to them and hope that other patients take heed and call these guys

We spoke to 4 other stores regarding the Dawn House HomeCare bed and we were very specific that we require delivery and installation here in Florida within a week from ordering since my father was getting out of the hospital on that Friday. These stores indicated yes no problem it will definitely happen. Only when I pressed them that We will decline delivery if the bed delivers beyond five business days, They all three indicated "look We don't have any control over the deliveries and most likely it will take 3 to 4 weeks". Well why not tell us that to begin with? SlumberSource is clearly the only store on the planet that can deliver and install within three to five business days and they guaranteed a specific time on Friday. Skip the liars and go with SlumberSource.

We live in a tricky area of Delaware to reach for delivery, yet the team at SlumberSource guaranteed this would deliver on time. It delivered 3 days earlier than they guaranteed. I love the features on this chair bed and it makes exiting and transferring so easy. I don't need a caregiver to assist me

Bought this frame for myself and was very pleased with the constant updates from slumbersource. Bed has worked like a dream so far. All the functions are easy to use and responsive.

We were looking for a sleep to stand bed but did not want to over pay. For 5 thousand dollars this checked all of the boxes for me. The bed is very pretty to boot too and the mattress that came with it has given me much better sleep. It's very easy for my help to move it around too thanks to the casters and the bed is sturdy enough for me to lay in it with out it moving. Very pleased with my purchase
