We were hesitant about a hospital bed for the home, but after the caregivers rattled off the required list of functions it was sooo hard to find a store that could deliver and setup in our remote area near Missoula Montana. Such a Beautiful rotating bed for my father. Not sure how anyone tried to bring these in their home and assemble DIY. They are very heavy, but the crew was super fast and efficient. The mattress is very comfortable and the head, foot and rotating functions are very quiet.

Easiest way to Transfer my Mother out of bed. We have been quite happy with how well engineered this Bed is. Rotating the bed allows us to pull her wheelchair right up. I do have an axe to grind with the factory that makes the UPBED. I am not sure if they are aware that their product is available at every knucklehead store on the planet yet every one of those stores I spoke to are not able to deliver and install in less than 5 weeks? SlumberSource delivered and installed halfway across the country in 4 days. My advice to the UPBED brand is pull the plug on 97% of your retailers and let SlumberSource drive the bus.

While it was a significant purchase, this adjustable bed has been a game-changer for my Dad's safety and comfort. Customer service was amazing and the technicians that came over my apartment were very gentle with the bed and my stuff! I had a bit of reorganizing to do and they even went as far as to assist me with that! The wooden panels are true to the photos and the bed itself works great and quietly.
