This be is truly an amazing product, whis has allowed us to extend a loved one's time of care in the home. It was a pleasure working with SlumberSource. A few minor hiccups that I bring up as helpful suggestions. The bed as delivered was configured for exitbon the wrong side, although the installers were able to correct in the field. The installers were courteous and generally very competent, although made a couplr of mistakes that I was able to correct: 1) they left in place a heavy metal shipping bracket) and 2) they did not open up the top frame panel to full width. Also, it would be helpful to clarify that the installers will not remove any of the shipping material.

Great bed. HOWEVER, still waiting for a receipt for proof of purchase. Need it for reimbursement. Have asked x2 and still no receipt. Thanks . Mary Amdall-Thompson from Lake Oswego, Oregon

You asked for my review several times so here it is. I’m paralyzed and use a wheelchair. I needed a low bed so I could get into an out of the bed by myself. When the installers were putting the bed in, I asked why it didn’t go lower and they said that they thought that was as low as it went, but they called the office to see if there was anything they could do to make the bed go lower. When they called, they were told that that was as low as the bed went, there was another bed that went lower, but that wasn’t what I got. I obviously thought I was getting the bed that went lower . The reason I went with SlumberSource was because I had heard such wonderful things about their customer service. For me that stopped right then. They knew I needed a different bed and they made it plain that I was stuck with what I had . I can get in and out of my bed with the power wheelchair that raises and lowers, but I am unable to get back into bed from my shower chair without help, which I don’t have. It’s a wonderful bed, just not for me. Decent customer service would have offered to exchange the bed, even if they had me pay the shipping. Now it appears that I will be taking bed baths for the rest of my life.

We loved the bed, especially the extra long length for my 6”4” father. Everything about ordering and receiving this bed was just amazing - all were so friendly and knowledgeable about the product, delivered on time, assembled quickly, and given full instructions on how to operate. A wonderful experience all the way around!
