I'm loving my new Oslo dining table and chairs in the walnut and dark green. It was relatively easy to assemble and it looks and feels absolutely stunning.

Their customer support went above and beyond to replace a part of the table I ordered with a chip on it. Not easy to replace as it was the half part of the table! They made it so easy and enjoyable experience. The table is perfect! We love it. Will definitely recommend B2C to our friends and family!

The bookcase itself is nice; however, one of the delivery drivers was extremely impatient and grumpy. I also need to point out that even though customers are asked to provide detailed delivery time preferences when placing an order, the driver clearly did not read them. I explicitly stated no delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday, yet the item was delivered on Wednesday. The delivery tracking app is also unreliable. It did not update properly and continuously showed that there were 16 deliveries ahead of me, right up until the driver called to say he was only five minutes away. This level of service is unacceptable. Please address your customer service and delivery systems, including the tracking app. If you are unable to provide the service you advertise, then please do not over-promise.
