Shipping 10/10 - very fast from the time of ordering to regional VIC. Delivery driver called the day before delivery to check that it was okay to drop off my items. Left them right outside my door. Definitely will order from this company again!

Smooth process, the only reason it's 4 stars is that if you are tracking the delivery, the update times are not that accurate and I ended up carrying it myself as it had to be left at the front door. Otherwise everything was well organised.

B2C were easy to use and the bed is high quality. Super happy with the product. Only removed a star as they were let down by how long the delivery took (more than the 14business days communicated). However, they were extremely responsive and helpful when I reached out to them.
