Only reason for four stars is that my order confirmation/shipping confirmation emails did not arrive. However, I reached out to customer service and they were excellent! Jonathan Lopez-Mora provided a very quick reply with order confirmation & tracking number. Product arrived with no issues and has exceeded expectations! Thank you so much!

Incredibly fast delivery. I didn't get an email for order confirmation or a tracking number; that unsettled me at first, but the scale showed up two days after I'd ordered it, so there would barely have been time to track it anyway.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. I have been unable to return my unopened and unused product, even after speaking with the same customer representative more than once.

Once I received my new scale, only part of it worked. The scale could weigh me, but the BMI and other measurements did not work at all. It was an expensive disappointment.

Great little scales for a fair price. Very happy with that. Two things keep this from a 5 star. 1) I find troubling is that the company does not send an email with shipping information. I've made two separate orders and both times no shipping email. All other online orders I have made with any other company come with a order confirmation email and a follow-up shipping information email that gives a estimated date of delivery and a tracking number. AWS needs to do that too. 2) I ordered and was charged for one W100F1 weight standard. However I was sent 2 of them. Don't need two. Happy to send the other back if you will pay the postage. M.
