Emailed customer service and still haven’t received a response. Tried to return an item before it was shipped.

New device. Error message OUTZ but won’t calibrate indicating permanent damage. Links to customer support or returns on their website are nonfunctional. So how do I get help?

We are homesteaders raising pigs, turkeys and sheep. Your scale has preformed flawlessly and I would recommend this scale to anyone having similar needs

I was sent a scale that was measuring even the calibration weights all over the place and would not allow for a consistent reading. When I contacted AWS about this issue within a few days of receipt, I was directed to the warranty department who not only didn’t apologize for sending out a junk product, but also stated I would have to pay for return shipping if I wanted a refund or replacement! It wasn’t until I made a big fuss that they sent me a prepaid return label. Not the kind of company I want to purchase from. I opted to look for a scale from a different company. Also wouldn’t surprise me if AWS doesn’t post honest reviews like this.
