The buying experience was hard! Had trouble filing in the blanks for payment information. I thought it was because the website wasn’t optimized for phones, but it was the same on a computer. But, the product itself seems great so far!

I was sent a scale that was measuring even the calibration weights all over the place and would not allow for a consistent reading. When I contacted AWS about this issue within a few days of receipt, I was directed to the warranty department who not only didn’t apologize for sending out a junk product, but also stated I would have to pay for return shipping if I wanted a refund or replacement! It wasn’t until I made a big fuss that they sent me a prepaid return label. Not the kind of company I want to purchase from. I opted to look for a scale from a different company. Also wouldn’t surprise me if AWS doesn’t post honest reviews like this.
