Shipping was a bit slower than expected, label was created and then 3 days later it "really shipped". Chat was helpful. Website rating = 4, the sort/filter are not the best and search results too many unfiltered results.

The read out fluctuates causing me to weigh several times, not entirely sure of the sensitivity of the plat form. Everything I have placed the scale on is solid and level, pressure on the table when applied beside the scale will cause scale to move considerably upward

Return of a defective product was handled promptly and card refunded upon arrival of our returned item. CSR was apologetic and said, "I apologize for the condition of the scale. We are not in the business of selling used or damaged items - this was a human error in shipping. If you would like to receive a replacement I would be more then happy to do that for you and send you a call tag for the old scale back. If you prefer we can issue a RMA for the return of the scale and issue a refund after we receive the bad unit back. " We opened the box which arrived in good shape and then the inner box for scales which appeared sealed from China and the scales were as shown in attached images. The scales look used, scratched, brown areas on the stainless steel, and a melted looking cord that will not unwrap from itself. The controlled is also scratched. Literally never have seen a new item arrive in such a bad state of care. Sorry the product was not as expected from a company that seems provides great service.

As far as the company shipping the product out it was shipped in a timely manner. It arrived in a safe packaging. It was done correctly. The only problem with this whole thing is that the scale itself is not sensitive enough to know when you have put some things on it to weigh it out correctly. You may have overweight or underweight either way that is not good. The fact that it is a 5000 g weight to even calibrate and it didn’t come with the calibrated weight and that that calibrated weight at that weight is $30 so I’ve paid $40 for the scale and now I have to go and buy a $30 weight to make sure that this thing can wait correctly and be calibrated correctly. Sounds like the company should have sent me a calibrated weight for free to be able to check this product and keep it calibrated.

I love the scales. They’re always good mostly the only scale I use in my business but the return ability because like I ordered the wrong scale and got hundredths scale or .1 when I need a thousandth or .01 but that’s my fault. I don’t blaming them but to be able to return it I have to spend money out of my pocket and wait and hope that I can get my return. And the only other thing is, they don’t have that many skills that they can go high numbers of .01 or thousands I wish they did
