I'm amazed at this scale. I purchased it because I'm a coin collector and fake coins often weigh different than the real ones. I also purchased the 500g weight for calibration and this scale, which weighs down to the hundredth of a gram, was exactly perfect out of the box. I'm very happy with this fine, American made, scale at such a reasonable price!

I had issues with my DIGITAL POCKET SCALE SM-501-BLK. I contacted customer service and Jessica responded quickly to my issue. She was very professional, polite and helpful! She resolved my issue quickly and sent a replacement scale. It arrived very quickly.

Scale was packaged very nicely, I was glad to see if came with a battery. It is working very well, very readable and seems accurate. I hope that it will last a long time!

Why am I being asked to leave a review for a package that I never received? Please send it again then I will leave a review otherwise I’m still waiting for my refund.

This affordable, sensitive, accurate pocket scale is perfect imo. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy in the future. Thank you!

The scale works without problem. It is very slightly slower than the scale I replaced. It is not a problem for my use. I share that so people expecting instant reads are aware of the slight delay. I think it is perfect for the price.

Fast shipping, high quality products

🤢

You did good.

Got what I ordered in a few days.

Item arrived as advertised

The scale seems to be very accurate and it is easy to use and quickly recalibrates back to 0. 00 grams after I weigh each coin

I love the quality of the scales that I had just purchased. I was surprised at the price for such a quality precision instrument.

Great service

No matter how I calibrated it, the scale wouldn't stay steady enough to stay at 0 for more than 2 seconds. I couldn't weigh anything.

Too soon to tell how accurate. Shipping was fast and fairly well packed. The only thing that we did not like is Made in China, but difficult to get an American made scale at this price point.

So far, so good. I've had my scale for about 3 weeks now and its great. Very small and light weight. I use it mainly to measure out food that not well portioned per serving. KUDOS to customer support for your speedy reply (within an hour) to my issue with the battery. It comes with the battery built in. The false battery compartment threw my for a loop.

Accuracy is everything when it comes to details. AWS has exceeded expectations. Again

Superior Quality Product exceeds expectations. Package tracking was optimal. Follow up from company excellent. Definitely recommend.

Easy to choose at such a great price.
