I love the quality of the scales that I had just purchased. I was surprised at the price for such a quality precision instrument.

Too soon to tell how accurate. Shipping was fast and fairly well packed. The only thing that we did not like is Made in China, but difficult to get an American made scale at this price point.

So far, so good. I've had my scale for about 3 weeks now and its great. Very small and light weight. I use it mainly to measure out food that not well portioned per serving. KUDOS to customer support for your speedy reply (within an hour) to my issue with the battery. It comes with the battery built in. The false battery compartment threw my for a loop.

Accuracy is everything when it comes to details. AWS has exceeded expectations. Again

This looks like a nice unit, but without complete instructions, it's very tough to make it work. All I got was page 5 of the multinational small print flyer. Looking on YouTube for help, this model is not shown anywhere. Very, very disappointed!

Disappointing

Scale seems to work great. Display shows accurate to 0. 00 grams. (1/100th) The original installed batteries did not last long. I installed 2 Duracell batts. And they seem to be lasting well.

Item is as expected works perfectly

For some unknown reason, the order I placed went on hold and did not ship, and I was not notified about this. After hearing nothing for three weeks, I had to follow up myself with customer service, and they were able to push my order through to fulfillment. I'm happy with the scale, though.

Hard to get a reading

Really fancy scale and arrived on time

An $8. 00 dollar shipping fee and it 14 days to arrive. What’s up with that?

The bowl scale I just replaced was originally purchased in 2017 and lasted everyday kitchen use that entire time. Only had to be replaced from repeatedly dropping it off the counter! New one is even better and modernized.

The scale did not work at all, and the battery cover would not stay on. I decided that this was an indicator of quality and instead of an exchange, I requested to return it and get a refund. The only good thing is when I asked for a refund, within a couple days I had an RMA to send it back.

Love this scale and everything it came with even came with a 100g weight and think it’s so cool how the back light changes a color when switching between modes definitely recommend
