Came quickly. Beautifully packaged. My friend really loved receiving it. An entirely lovely experience.

Delivery was slow. I was notified about it after I'd bought it, but when you buy a premium product you do expect a premium service and it took around ten days to arrive. The rather nice letter that accompanied it also quoted the wrong duvet as being included which meant I spent twenty minutes frantically searching their website trying to work out if they'd sent me the wrong product before I opened it. These are small niggles if I'm honest, but you're asking for a review...

great quality, if a little expensive

Very quick delivery and were a very welcome present which was boxed so easy to wrap.

Service was brilliant. We ordered during the Christmas break but came very quickly once everyone was back to work, which was great. The box was of good quality so was not damaged in delivery. So very happy.

These arrived incredibly quickly, and the quality is great. Although they are called “Slim” the are actually fuller than expected, but the sleeping experience is fab!
