Great service

I bought a double year round duvet cashmere and wool over a month ago I always struggled with the cold and had to wear socks in bed all year round. I received the duvet very quickly which was aired before dispatch because I live in a flat and I don't have the facilities to do that. Since I got the duvet I sleep straight through and I am amazed that I don't even move at all during the night. I can't highlight enough how it changed my life, I wake up feeling rested and full of energy. I decided this year to invest in quality product and found that Ava Innes offers exactly what I was looking for, it is a long term investment and it's worth every penny. Thank you Ava for your time and your advice about which duvet would be best for me, this is the best purchase I have ever made.

Delivery was slow. I was notified about it after I'd bought it, but when you buy a premium product you do expect a premium service and it took around ten days to arrive. The rather nice letter that accompanied it also quoted the wrong duvet as being included which meant I spent twenty minutes frantically searching their website trying to work out if they'd sent me the wrong product before I opened it. These are small niggles if I'm honest, but you're asking for a review...

great quality, if a little expensive

Very quick delivery and were a very welcome present which was boxed so easy to wrap.

Service was brilliant. We ordered during the Christmas break but came very quickly once everyone was back to work, which was great. The box was of good quality so was not damaged in delivery. So very happy.
