Wonderful customer service -- I felt personally taken care of by the owner and her team! The shipping of the duvet and pillows I ordered was fast and the products were well-packed and prepared. Plus, the boxes were easily broken down for recycling -- always a plus in my book.

Great service - I was worried about there being a gift card and no receipt and this was sorted via email really quickly upon me asking.

Speedy delivery - very easy service

Last winter I was in EU visiting a friend and slept under the most comfortable and warm duvet. She said it was Cashmere, typical in Eastern Europe, and here in USA had never seen cashmere duvets as we only have goose down or synthethics. I started researching and found Ava Innes but did not want to spend 1k on a company in Scotland that I could not easily return. Finally last month I made the purchase and let me tell you the quality of my sleep is great. Goodbye electric blanks and 3 layers and shivering and bad temperature regulation. I get in, the bit of weight is nice and snuggly and once in I’m perfect for the night. It’s warm with zero degrees outside and perfect with weather fluctuation to no jackets needed. I will be buying two more for my children. Best product hands down. Thank you for making the right US sizes and shipping here. Highly recommend!!

Excellent thank you. Arrived timely, there was no rush, packed well and good communications. The only thing missing was a pair of socks that was promised to me but we can sort that out later no rush.
