I hate leaving less than perfect feedback but I will always be honest. My experience with Autel so far has been mediocre. I had no problem ordering the product and receiving it that part is fine but I have had some issues with it and have been unsuccessful in reaching tech support even during their open hours so I’m currently a bit let down with Autel but I will continue to attempt to let them help to give them a chance hopefully things will get fixed and it will improve my experience

It is a great drone. like the fact there is know geo fencing.

Not a pleasant experience with my purchase. The drone never got delivered and customer service was not helpful other than generic responses.

It amazes me that a drone company first develops how high and far their drone will fly and at the same time releases a mediocre camera. What’s the point? Drones are for taking photos, Autel does not deliver.
