Love the drone and the purchase and shipping was fast. I am having a problem since the first flight with the RC Controller battery draining too quickly, I have been trying to get the problem resolved with customer service but the process is extremely slow because you can’t on email them once a day because they don’t answer until the middle of the night as they are responding from China.

Wonderful aircraft to use. Number 3 purchase and 4 overall. I have trying to push the aircraft and my abilities and it has been working out. Having replacement insurance helps but you don't want anything to happen. After sales and technical support have been wonderful to me. Great all the way around.

My relationship with Autel has had ups and downs. I was beginning to think the relationship was jinxed, but since I don't believe in that, I guess it's just been a long series of occasional flukes. I hope to receive my EVO Lie + within a few more days.
