I will give a 4 star just due to my own personal feeling about Autel abandoning the Evo 1. For what I ordered ( Evo 1 batteries and props) everything shipped quickly and undamaged. Thankfully I could still get what I got.

Terrible customer service and then charge $50 to ship a cable that could have gone in an envelope and was not time sensitive. No option was given for reasonable shipping. Shame on you

Customer service is great. FedEx not so much. My overnight shipping turned into five day wait. Aurelia made it right with a refund for shipping cost but can’t get rose four days back. Had it come on time this would have been a five star rating.
