Yup, I took a chance, and thought it would be ok, and it was. The day after I ordered and paid for the drone, the sales site went down, and I thought I had been scammed. The link for the tracking delivery did not respond. But after a week another email from sales with a correct tracking order appeared and the drone was on its way. I can tell you it was a worry! But the product - Autel Lite+ Premium is outstanding, and the delivery problems are quickly forgotten. All I can say is, if you order and nothing appears after a few days, email the sales people, they will put it right. Dont worry it is not a scam.

My drone is not connecting to the remote, and customer support keeps asking me to try things I've already tried.

Going to file complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Complaints with the US FGovt. And the BBB.
