I paid $80 for next-day shipping on the Autel Evo Lite+ and have spent two weeks trying to get it to work. The drone won’t register, the remote won’t connect, and it won’t recognize my phone. Customer support has been slow, and while they’re trying to help, it’s been a frustrating experience for such an expensive product. I expected much better from Autel, both in terms of the product itself and the service. For a brand that’s supposed to be a top-tier option, this experience has left me frustrated and feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. Hopefully, things improve, but right now, I can't recommend them based on my experience.

Horrible company to deal with. Outright thieves and scammers. Buy at your own risk because you are on your own when you deal with people. Deal with a reputable company instead of these crooks.

Fats shipping and follow-up

I’ve talked with an associate and the customer service was great.

I purchased through Costco. The bundle included 4 batteries. The drone requires registration with FAA because is is over 0.55 lbs. It was easy and cost $5.00. I was also required to take a safety test and keep the certificate and registration with me whenever flying the drone. This information I had to find on my own. It would be better if Autel informed the buyer of these requirements.

There are very few companies I respect anymore, the money grab has just gotten to be too much. Autel is a company that has taken my expectations and exceeded them in a way that appears effortless, but feels personalized and professional.
