Terrible. Assault is the worst

Absolutely one of the best for upper and lowers body exercises!

The bike itself is nice and you get a great workout, but it is overshadowed by the absent customer service. The app also doesn't work so you can't track your workouts. Really disappointing. My advice is to go with a different brand and save yourself the frustration.

Great customer service they even provide a video for assembly

Shipping was okay. Estes was the delivery company and they left the pallet with the bike. I had a hard time trying to get rid of the pallet. Assault's customer service has been ignoring me. I have been having issues with the bike 2 months in and I have not been able to make contact with them.

Emailed the company about a faulty product and I have yet to recieve a solution from them.

I received my AB Pro with an assembly package that did not match the instructions in the manual. I emailed support, then followed up with a phone call, and Stephen answered the call. He empathized with my frustration and assured me he'd sort the situation. He took the time to diagram the photo I sent the corrections for my bike assembly and scheduled a follow-up call. With that diagram, I was able to assemble my AB, use and enjoy it. Thank you, Stephen.

Order assault runner pro when it was still in stock. Understanding they said 5-7 business days to get the product shipped. Even though they take your money right away. 8 business days later and after 2 unanswered emails they finally got back to me, letting me know the product is out of stock and I will have to wait until mid April for them to “possibly be in stock”.

Terrible customer service

The console leaks battery acid. I have sent multiple emails without a response. I hope nothing else breaks or this will be a giant waste of money. Terrible customer service.

Delivery was slow and I was almost charged an extra 25 to change the delivery address

Love the treadmill, great companion to my Peloton Bike. However two issues: - A squeaky noise when I run on the treadmill (feels like the tread is rubbing against something) - The display console needs a serious upgrade -- way too basic and non-functional for such an awesome treadmill

From the moment I unboxed the fitness pro rower I was disappointed. There were no directions no shipping papers and no owners manual. I had to find a YouTube video in order to put it together. When using it for the first time it tracked everything up to 500 m and then the computer has not worked since. I have been trying to get a replacement computer for it and so far have been unsuccessful. Everything that I have ever bought from assault fitness has been a very good purchase, but I am a remorseful buyer of this piece of equipment.

Awful! I asked to call me back, you never did it

Box was torn up, pieces were dispersed. Assembled parts did not line up when completed. Belt guards are not aligned so the belt rubs on the back of treadmill.

Shipping took a while but in a world of two day shipping… They used Estes transportation to get it clear across the country to SC. I was very pleased with delivery as the driver was able to bring the pallet right into my garage to make unpacking easier. The packaging box was solid, Assault does a great job on this. Assembly only took me about 30 minutes and I was able to roll it into place. 10/10 would buy again
